The Road to The Return of Unsettling Fear - A Monster Hunter Story

Chapter Twelve

   In the morning, Steve and his friends went back to the main road and continue their way to Tanzia,

Dennis: (what’s up Steve? you look confused or something),

Steve: (no it’s just that the Nargacuga that we fought was so weak, isn’t it?),

Dennis: (come to think of it, you’re right. It’s probably a young one that’s why it couldn’t do a thing when we started fighting back),

Steve: (yah it look like that, but if that was young then how will an old one fight),

Shuri: (they says that Nargacuga’s sharp wing can cut through a big tree with one hit),

Steve: (wow, I don’t want to get hit with that),

Dennis: (haha no one wants that),

Shuri: (we were lucky to be attacked with a young Nargacuga or else we might not be here now),

Dennis: (and because of that we went back to the main road instead of wondering in the forest),

Steve: (so how long will it take us to reach Tanzia, I really missed that place, whenever I go to the port with my father I see a lot of hunters wearing different armors and weapons),

Neku: (most peoples around the country comes to Port Tanzia),

Shuri: (will there are other cities known for hunters to gather there just like Tanzia),

Dennis: (yah I heard about that but Tanzia is more suitable to be because it’s a coastal city just like my town),

Steve: (I do remember a big city in the middle of a desert is famous too),

Dennis: (isn’t the same city your father saved that time),

Steve: (I don’t really remember but that city was in the middle of a desert too),

Shuri: (yah it is that city, I heard of it and nowadays the number of hunters visit that city are more than before thanks to your father),

Steve: (yah he became a Hero of that city and many hunters want to be like him),

Neku: (so now we got lost in the forest and made it back to the main road, how long do you think it’ll take us to reach Tanzia, Dennis?),

Dennis: (If we could keep walking after sunset we can reach Tanzia before midnight),

Steve: (so it is possible we reach there tonight, that’s good),

Shuri: (still I would prefer to rest at night and go tomorrow morning),

Dennis: (that’s possible too, there is a small town on the way, it actually works as a gate to the region),

Steve: (I really would like to reach Tanzia today),

Dennis: (unfortunately there are no cars station in that town),

Steve: (I see…),

Neku: (let’s just stay on the main road and we might even reach the town earlier than what we would expect),

Dennis: (yes its true),

Steve and his friend kept on traveling until the sun started to set and they managed to reach the town which rest on high ground and that makes it easy to notice Tanzia city which is on lower ground,

Shuri: (finally we will have a good long rest on a soft bed),

Steve noticed someone looking at them from the front of his home near the gate,

Dennis: (where are you going, Steve?),

Steve: (I’m just going to check on the town),

Dennis: (there is nothing beyond the gate except the road),
