You remembered shifting in your bed uncomfortable under its blankets. You burned with the blanket on, yet you froze without it on. You just couldn't wrap your mind around something. The note Chat Noir had left you, full of puns and names, left your heart beating faster until it was a million miles an hour.

"And then I woke up to my alarm. When I went to turn it off, there was a note! I had no idea you knew I was out and you sent Chat! Man, I didn't even know I had a crush on him before I saw the note!" You sighed to Adrien.

Adrien smiled and nodded along, already knowing most of the story. His heart was pounding against his rib-cage so fats he was surprised you couldn't hear it. He loved how your eyes sparkled when she rambled on about Chat Noir.

"You're welcome," Adrien winked and laughed. His green eyes shimmered as he finally knew that the girl he had loved for so long felt feelings back for him.

"I have only seen him during battle since the note... Do you think you could maybe... Tell him to meet me? I just want to talk to him, hear his voice when he isn't yelling at an Akuma terrorizing Paris. I like his company, you know?" Winter smiled and stood up, ruffling Adrien's hair and running off.

You sat at your desk, tapping your pencil against your notebook. You stared at the notebook and sent a glare, hating your homework beyond compare. You had one day to write a report because heaven forbids you to finish a report earlier! So you stared at your notes and hissed like a cat.

"No! Reports are like the outside world... Scary!" You hissed again and threw your pencil at it.

"Meow-ch! You're growing claws Purrincess!" Came a voice from behind you. You turned around in your chair and punched whoever was behind you. They hissed and fell backward. You stood up and looked down, shrieking when you saw Chat Noir clutching his nose on your floor. You rushed over to his side and propped him up with your hand. "Again, Meow-ch!"

"Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!" You repeated, internally screaming at yourself. He chuckled and sat up, wrapping his arm around your shoulders while you held your face in your hands. "Of all the times to screw up, it was now. Why can't it be on a test or something other than this?!"

Chat Noir raised his hands and pushed your hands down from your face. His face was now its color, not the bright red it had been only moments before. Your face was still red, your face showed how you wanted to bury yourself alive with embarrassment, and his nose showed how strong you punch someone. He snickered until he burst into a fit or laughs, having to clutch his side as well as your shoulder to stay sitting up properly.

"What's so funny?" You pouted, crossing your arms across your chest.

"I'm not laughing at you, kitten, I'm laughing at how stupid I was sneaking up on you. Here I am, a hero of Paris, sneaking up on someone who I know will most likely smack me right in the face out of self-defense. At least I know I don't need to teach you how to protect yourself when I'm not around." Chat smiled and watched you smile as well. You suddenly started laughing and fell on your back.

"Dumb alley-cat. You really do a lot of things you wouldn't expect." You smiled and ruffled his hair snickering as his eyes wiggled. "Now, why are you here chaton?"

"I got a tip from a good friend of mine. Said you wanted to hear my voice. Now, I couldn't pass up talking with a beautiful kitten like yourself so of course, I came." You stared at him and blushed, knowing full when Adrien had told the feline boy what you had said earlier, hopefully leaving out your crush part.

"Really? Th-thanks! U-uh..." You paused, trying to find a way to escape awkward. "I saw the note you left on my notebook. Also, thank you for bringing me home. I mean, the only reason I left my house was that I wasn't able to sleep. You see, I had a terrible dream and I tried to fall back asleep but I couldn't. So I picked up my notebook and headed for the park. I guess that since I was crying from the dream it left me more tired than I actually thought so I fell asleep on the park bench." You explained, avoiding eye contact because of the blush that was spreading across your face extremely quickly.

"It's fine. It's just... Once I heard that you were missing... Something in me went off. I began to panic and freak out when I saw you really were gone. I first thought someone had taken you, so I went to search for you. Eventually, by luck, I passed the park and saw your sleeping form. You will never know the weight that was lifted off my shoulders when I found you." Chat sighed, wrapping you in his arms. He seemed pretty upset from just talking about losing you, so you let him bury his face in your neck and snuggle you to his heart's content.

"But why? Why were you, Chat Noir, a hero of Paris, so worried about little ol' me?" You asked, staring into Chat's bright green cat eyes that seemed to almost glow.

Chat didn't respond. he just continued staring at you. You, afraid you said something wrong, immediately opened your mouth to correct yourself. He noticed the worry forming in your glittering {Eye Color} eyes so he raised his hand and placed his finger on your lips. You moved your eyes to look down at his finger and then back up to his eyes. He smiled softly and placed his other hand on your cheek.

"Because, losing you, would mean losing my whole world. Losing you, that would mean losing the one I loved with my heart and more." He whispered, looking down, his face exploding with color.

You, blushing and trying to process his words, saw his face and frowned. You leaned forward and pecked his lips before pulling away. He looked up, stunned, dazed, amazed, and a whole bucket load of other emotions. He smiled and leaned forward, kissing you again. It wasn't rough, but soft and full of passion. He pulled away and watched your eyes burst with sparkles as if you were a four-year-old girl at Disney.

"Good. Now I know my Chat Noir loves me back." You whispered and hugged the feline, smiling as you felt him purr. He wore a relaxed expression, relieved everything worked out even though he had predicted it would. He blushed as he noticed how you called him your Chat Noir.

"I love you, kitty cat."

"I love you more."
