The emcee takes the mic, "Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to request that you all stand up and let's all welcome---the newlyweds---Mr. and Mrs. Ocampo!"

The song Shut Up and Dance With Me played as the doors of the venue opened. There revealed Samantha and Matthew. Samantha, now in her more casual and mobile gown, walked hand in hand with Matthew.

They were dancing their way down the aisle, the crowd also going along with them. They were greeted with the warmest cheers and claps; it was loud. But to Samantha and Matthew? It was like they were just dancing with each other, feeling every beat.

They reached their table. Matthew helped Samantha settle down before taking the seat next to hers.

"You okay?" Matthew asked her.

She nodded with a smile. Sam rubbed Matthew's before she turned to listen to the emcee start the program.

Though Matthew was also facing the emcee, he wasn't looking at her. Instead, he was looking at this exquisite woman sitting beside him.

Sam looked beautiful. The way her hair was now down, resting on her shoulders in her signature curls. How her new dress complimented her curves and how she still looked full of class in a more casual dress.

His thoughts were interrupted when Miguel came, running towards them.

"Mama!" Miguel hugged her.

"Hi, Anak! I heard you were a very good boy kanina sa church, " She kissed his chubby cheek, "Thank you also for walking down the red carpet and giving Mama and Papa the rings, you did a good job!"

"Mama, can I sit here with you and Papa?" He asks and gives them his magical eyes.

Samantha just looks at Matthew and he laughs. "Hay, anak, how can we say no?" He picked him up and sits Miguel on his lap.

"Migs, look, Mama is wearing gown. She looks pretty, 'no?" Matthew says.

Miguel grasps, "Mama, you're a princess!"

Maybe it was the timing---their wedding day, and all---but those words made Sam's eyes water a bit and her heart melt.

She pinched Miguel's cheeks, "Hmm! Nako, Anak, you always make Mama smile!"

"Ganda?"

"Mm?"

"Thank you, a?"

Samantha looked at him with curiosity, "For what, Babe?"

He motions towards Miguel---who was playing with his pocket square---and holds her hand, feeling for her ring. "For these."

Sam smiled back. She also pretends to fix her hair, a segue to control her tears.

These two people were the best things that happened to her and seeing all of it in front of her eyes... it felt sureal.

"Well, you know I couldn't have done any of this without you, " She clears her throat, still blocking her tears. "Literally.. especially Miguel."

They laughed it off, realizing what Sam really meant.

It was now the end of the day. Most of the guests have gone home but the four of them sat at a table table together, wine glasses and bottles in front of them. They've asked the lolas and lolos to take the two boys, Miguel and Andrew, for the night. Pretty understandable since they're currently on their third bottle.
