Pepper was just finishing up at the office when there was a knock on her office door. She opened it to reveal her three best friends standing before her smiling.
"What are you doing here?" Pepper asked pleasantly surprised.
"Well thought we'd stop by and invite you to dinner." Melody, the youngest replied.
"Sure. I've just got to finish some quick thing but come in and take a seat. It won't take long." Pepper said moving out of the door way and letting the three girls she considered sisters enter. They walked in and sat down on the long leather couch while Pepper stamped some papers. Then there was another knock at the door and Pepper knew exactly who it was just by his childish way of knocking in the tune of a song.
"Come in Tony." She muttered, not looking up from the reports she was reviewing. He swiftly opened the door and entered.
"How'd you know it was me?" He said, not noticing the three girls and sitting on the seat opposite Pepper.
"Because I've worked for you for as long as I can remember and I know how you knock on doors." She said unamused. The three girls sat there in shock at the fact Tony Stark was in their best friends office, it was clear it was no routine check up. They were actually friends.
"Here's the thing, I heard that your car broke down and then I remembered that car is like ancient soooo I may have brought you the new Audi. And don't worry it's silver with the leather interior like you love." He smirked.
The three girls jaws dropped to the floor and they looked at eachother.
"Tony what did I tell you about buying me expensive things?.... but thank you Tony." She softened. He took her hand and squeezed it gently.
"Least I could do for my favourite person on this earth apart from myself." He joked. Pepper remembered she had company and nodded slightly towards them. Tony looked behind him and finally noticed the dazed girls.
"Oh I didn't even see you three. I'm Tony but I'm guessing you already know that." He laughed but they didn't respond, just slightly nodded.
"Anyway I should be going." Tony announced, leaning over the desk to kiss Peppers cheek. Peppers eyes followed him until he reached the door.
"Tony?" She called out. He looked back at her.
"Yeah Pep?" He asked.
"Please don't drink too much tonight." She murmured.
"Don't worry Miss.Potts. I won't, I find it so hot how you worry about me though." He smirked. She threw a pencil at him playfully.
"Okay okay I'm leaving." And with that he left her office.
"So you've met Tony now." Pepper broke the silence.
"I can't believe what I just saw." Katie whispered, looking like she was about to faint.
"Me neither." Melody and Adela mumbled in complete shock.
"What?!" Pepper said confused.
"Your on flirty banter basis with Tony Stark." Adela piped up.
"He know what cars you like Ginny. He brought you a car!" Melody stuttered.
"Oh come on we should get going for dinner." Pepper announced.

At dinner:
"Sooooo you and Tony." Katie said while looking at Pepper innocently.
"No no no. We are not going there." Pepper said firmly.
"Your in love with him. We saw you and him Ginny...all smitten. Arguing like an old married couple." Katie continued.
"We are not having this conversation." Pepper said.
"Hate to burst your bubble, but we're not buying it. When are you gonna admit that you've got it bad for him." They pressed.
"The whole cliche thing with me being in love with my boss will not happen." Pepper announced.
"Pepper we've known you since you were 7. You swoon and sigh over him. Just admit your in love with him."
"No chance I'm saying I'm in love with him."
"Read our lips: Your in love!"
"I won't say it."
"Stop being proud...your in love. And he loves you too we can tell. He's like earth and heaven to you. We know how you feel about him, we know who your always thinking of now." Pepper sighed and sipped her drink.
"At least out loud I'm won't say I'm in love..." Pepper mumbled but the three girls heard it and grinned at each-other.
