Chapter 7

Assassins Creed Brotherhood Castle, 2014. Theo's POV

I had been spending the two days that Jamie has been missing thinking about her. Why was she taken, who wants her and what for were my main questions. I was sat on my bed, thinking about them now, while looking at Jamie's crumpled quilt that lay on her bed. I just felt like being in solitude would help me to focus. I was getting in the zone when suddenly I heard a knock on the door. I walked over there to see a female assassin with a bag slung on her. "Hey, you're Jamie's friend, aren't you?" I nodded back at her. "Theo, isn't it?" She asked again. I nodded once more. "I was given this earlier and it's addressed to you, so here you go " she said! passing me a crumpled up piece of paper. I said thank you and shut my door and sat back down on my bed to read the note. I up crumpled the page and looked at it, with it's very poor handwriting. 'it's jamie I don't know where I am, but I think it's a place called Abstergo,crun by Templars. I don't know why. Please come and rescue me. I'm scared!' It was Jamie! I immediately ran out the room to see the Master Assassin.

"I'm sorry, but how can I take this as proof of where Hopskins has disappeared to. There's no way of lifting finger prints, there's no way to any that it wasn't just a prank". The Master Assassin said. I felt the anger slowly start to boil within me. It got quicker and quicker until I felt I was near tipping point."Well it's not going to be that easy, she's in captivity! What do you expect, a perfect specimen. This is our only chance of finding her so I would like your permission to go to this Abstergo and break her out. But I can't unless you run a battery of I tests that will take so long she'll probably lay be dead by the time you determine whether it's a prank or not!" I semi-yelled at him. "How dare you question your Master! I can dump you back on the street quicker that I scooped you up off it. This is a last warning, because I know of the incident that occurred at midnight on Jamie's first day. Try asking me without yelling at me, then you might get an answer" The Master Assassin said back, calmly, but slightly enraged at the fact i had jst yelled at him. I really needed to calm down, or I'd be kicked out the Brotherhood! I decided acting meek would help the Master Assassin think I had calmed down. I bowed my head. "With your permission! Master, I would like to take five other assassins to help storm this 'Abstergo' and take back Jamie Hopskins as soon as the location is figured out" I said, quietly. "You have my permission, Wallens. But if anymore outbreaks like this occur, then you shall not be on the rescue team, which I am sure will bring down both you and Hopskins. Please go down to the analysis lab with this paper and ask them to look at it" he replied. I bowed and then left the room, half-running to the analysis lab.

Abstergo Industries, 2014. Jamie's POV.

I was in my room, waiting patiently for Desmond to finish in the Animus. We were meant to meet together today for the 'first' time. Last night, Desmond told me to act like we we're complete strangers, or we'll be in bug trouble. He was starting to act like a brother to me. It was nice to have a friend in this otherwise cold establishment. I gave Desmond my note and he said he had got it smuggled up to the Brotherhood. Theo would be coming for me soon, but what about Desmond. I couldn't just leave him here. Maybe I could get him to come yo the Brotherhood with us. But if not, I'd want to at least let him escape.

The door slid open to reveal Vidic with his guards guiding the door. I flipped my hood over my head. I had refused to let Vidic see my face and he isn't going to see it now either"Come with me please Jamie. You have someone to meet" I jumped off my bed and began to walk behind Vidic. Sure enough, Desmond was sat at the side of the Animus. There was three other seats. Enough for me, Lucy and Vidic. I sat down and Vidic waited for Lucy, and sat down at the same time. "Well, this is Jamie, and this is Desmond. Say hello to each other" Vidic said. Desmond bent over and offered me his hand to shake. "Hello Desmond, I'm Jamie" I said, shaking his hand. "Nice to meet you Jamie" he said back. 'Act like you've never met him, act like you've never met him, act like you've never met him' I kept saying in my head. "It is to our understanding, that your ancestors have both met, and in the Animus, you've talked to each other's ancestors" Vidic said. We both looked at each other in forged surprise. "Well my ancestor is called Adriano Bisonia, I'm a beggar from Florence who has recently become an assassin". I said. "I think I know who you are! You met a man who wears a white outfit, didn't you. He's the one that made you an assassin. That's my ancestor, Ezio Auditore da Firenze" Desmond said back, trying to act surprised. "The plan is to get you both to work together to get you both to find the pieces of Eden. What you will do is abandon what you are meant to do, and look for it" Vidic said "What? That'll destroy them! The bleeding effect will kick in even faster and it'll destroy them!" Lucy said in protest. "That's their problem Lucy"

Assassins Creed Brotherhood Analysis Lab, 2014. Theo's POV

They have finally lifted enough prints and done enough research to find out where she is. It only took about two hours, which is amazing. I was given the location, and given the all-clear to get five other assassins. I said my thanks, and ran out to grab my friends they were so e of the most skilled people in this place, and I want to get Jamie back, so only the best of the best. But only four of them were able to come. What about that girl who gave me the letter today? She talked to Jamie on the day she disappeared. I ran to find her and saw her practising in the courtyard. "I need you to come with me and get Jamie back from her captors. We need to go to the Master Assassin, who'll explain everything. She nodded and we both ran to his office.

After the briefing, we all went to grab our swords, and hidden blades and hoods before setting off in the direction of Abstergo Industries.

Abstergo Industries, 2014. Jamie's POV

We were all arguing with Vidic about how bad an idea this is, before we heard a bang and lots of guards yelling. "Break in! Break in! It's the Assassins!" Guards were yelling. The guards that were standing around us aimed their guns at mine and Desmond's heads. "Move!" The lead guard yelled at us. We both stood up and were directed by the guards.

We were taken down to an very deep down cellar. It was at least 60 feet underground. The guards shoved us both in and locked the door, before retreating g to go and fight. "Its Theo and some other assassins, they must have got the letter". I said excitedly. "Yeah, but they're not exactly going to find us, are they?" Desmond said, being the pessimist of us. The yells from the guards were almost inaudible. I looked around the room desperately, and found an empty cup. I grabbed it and put it against the doors I could hear better. "The assassins are getting closer. If we have any chance of being saved, we need to yell so they can hear us. I don't care if we look stupid, just yell!" I told Desmond, and we both started to shout to the assassins

Five minutes passed and no-one came to our rescue. We both stopped yelling. "Let's face it. They can't fi-" Desmond was cut of by the door being kicked open by Theo! I ran over and hugged him. "I've missed you so much!" I cried into his shoulder. "I've missed you too!" He said back. "You are?" Theo said, addressing Desmond. "Desmond Miles. I've been helping to look after Jamie, been going through the same stuff too" Desmond said. "Com on then" Theo said.

We bolted up the stairs to find all the guards either dead or surrendering. The three of the five assassins (the other two were dealing with the surrendered guards), Theo, Desmond and I heads back to the Brotherhood. I was finally going home.

Hello everyone! Sorry it's a bit late! I fell asleep writing it and only woke up this morning to find myself crashed out. Let me know what you think or if you want a part in the story.
