Chapter 20: Another secret?

Stiles' P.O.V:

Melissa told us that she had been found, by a tall blonde haired man that looked in his early thirties or late twenties. That matched Klaus all right, so we assumed klaus found her.

She was later released, and my dad never told me why she was in the hospital in the first place. Hope was different. She wouldn't be the loud chatter box that she usually was, she was now very quiet to herself. This had gone on for a week. I guess my dad noticed this too, because he tried to get us all to eat dinner for once, but that didn't work since she didn't speak. I decided she was probably silent, because the whole kidnapping thing traumatised her. However, I knew that was a complete lie I was trying to make myself believe.

Hopes P.O.V:

Since the bite, I haven't felt like myself. I'm pretty sure I am now a hybrid since if I wasn't I'd be dead. However, I don't feel the "power" most people say you do, I feel weaker. Like I can barely breathe.

Like how I felt when I first noticed I was a witch, I still remember how it all happened:

Some boys were picking on Stiles, and that made me angry. At that age I didn't know I was adopted, and was fully convinced me and Stiles shared a magical bond like no other. I remember them shoving him to the ground, and punching him in the face. This made my blood boil, and soon I realised one boy clutched his chest, and fell to the floor screaming.

The doctors say he suffered from a heart attack, and we all believed it was a coincidence. Then this happened a second time, with Scott. They pinned him to his locker, and once again my blood boiled. All the boys fell to the ground clutching their chests, where their hearts were in pain, and the doctors said the same as the first. They all suffered from a heart attack.

From then I knew it was no coincidence. I was something whether I wanted to believe it or not. At first it was cool, then it got scary. What if I accidentally hurt someone I loved. What would I do then? However, me being the curious me wanted to really figure out what I was.

For a few months, I didn't know what I was. I was convinced I was supergirl or the flash or something. This all changed, when my dad decided to take stiles and me to the park. Stiles always stayed near dad, because he was too scared to go adventuring, but I was the exact opposite, so I ran off and decided to take a root I hadn't before.

That's when I saw a massive light. I walked towards it, and that's where I saw a girl a few years older than me, cast a spell.

"How did you do that?" I say shocked.

"Oh shoot mums gonna kill me, don't tell anyone ok?" She says, then begins to walk off. She then looked at my hands, whilst she walked off. Strange I know.

"Looks like your a witch too." She says.

"How do you know?" I mutter.

"It's in your blood." She says then disappears.

And from that day I knew I was a witch. For a while I thought I was Sabrina the teenage witches sister or something.

(The next day)

I walk down the small corridor of the school, and that's when I see Stiles. I turn behind to try, and avoid him, because he was going to ask me why I was asking so strange. I tried my best covering up the bite with concealer, but if you looked closely you could still see it.

I turn behind, and run into Scott. He then grabs me. He's definitely gotten stronger, probably werewolf strength.

"Going somewhere?" He smirks. I wriggle free from him, and place my hands on my hips.

"Actually yes I was going to go to my car, I forgot my phone I there." I say, whilst walking out the school door. I then freeze.

There standing there is Alisson and Lydia, and they look like they were not even going to let me cross if I gave them a million dollars.

"Well Imma go back into the school." I say to them, whilst turning around. I bump into Stiles and Scott, and they grab me and put me in the air.

"Let me go!" I scream.

"Sure." Scott says, placing me in the middle of the jeep, seat belting me in. Lydia and Alisson sit either side of me.

"That's not what I meant." I say.

Stiles rolls his eyes. "Where are we even going?" I say.

"To Derek's." Alisson says.
