Chapter 9

The next day, Earth

Thor's POV

Everyone was eating together even Loki, though that there were no tense stares and feelings it was just like everyone was okay. I couldn't stop looking at him I don't know why, he's so perfect every line every facial feature. And maybe I do fancy him... wait what am I thinking about I'm his brother for Odin's sake!!!. I just realized that he was awfully quiet while everyone was chatting about he just stared at his food maybe something was wrong with him.

Before I could ask what's wrong he noticed me staring at him and looked at me and asked. "What?"

"N.. nothing" I reply quickly.

"Mmhmm" he hummed in a disbelieving tone but thankfully didn't ask anymore and continued to stare at his food playing it with his fork and sometimes eating a little.

I stop looking at him and do some small chat with the group.

"Hey! By the way Loki you said you fit something to say right?" Tony said out of nowhere turning everyone's attention to Loki.

"Hm? Oh right." He said while standing up.

"I just wanted to say, I'm truly sorry for what I did and I understand if you don't fully trust of forgive me, and it was kinda the scepters fault. It hypnotizes people yes, but it also feeds the users anger toward the users beloved or the closes person to them, so-"

Before he could end it I interrupted him "The scepter did what?"

He sighed and explained again. " the scepter fueled my anger towards you and made me hate you and made me wanted you to suffer the way I suffered."

I nod. "Wait didn't you hate me before?" I asked shocked.

"I never hated you Thor only jealous... I mean I did everything to please Odin to be worthy of the name Odinson but what did I get? I got punished for the bad things you did, you were arrogant, selfish, and very mischievous, but what do you get? The throne! His love his trust everytime you say anything he would always agree with you! But when I say what I want to say what do I get?? A "No Loki!" or even worse slap a cross the face!" He paused for a second before continuing, "And since the day I knew that I wouldn't get what I want though sweat and hard work, soo Loki the trickster, the God of mischief and lies, the silver tongue was birthed. But life isn't exactly fair isn't it?" He sat back down and chuckled humorlessly, leaving all of us speechless, guilty, sad, and empathetic. I desperately wanted to say something but I couldn't find the right word.

"Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering." He added and smiled sadly.

There was uncomfortable silence before Loki spoke up again "Now if anyone acquires me I'll be in my chambers."

And he left for his chambers.

"I think I'll speak for everyone that we forgive Loki and feels bad for him yes?" Steve said breaking the silence.

The room was filled with yes, of course, and yups.

"Hey we should throw a party for Loki!" Tony said cheerfully.

"That's a really good Idea from you Tony.." lady Natasha said.

"Right?? And point break!" He added.

"Yes?"

"You could tell us everything Loki likes and if it's available we could toss me into the party!"

"That sounds really good Man Of Iron! It'll sure to make Loki feel accepted and welcomed!" I replied to him.

After all of us got out jobs assigned we got started on it right away I told the team what Loki liked and we splits to smaller teams to search for the items I got the library to pick up some books recommend by Banner, and I went to buy a little present for Loki kind of a apology present. While Tony went to S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ to convince Fury that Loki is no longer a threat and there's no need to throw him into a cell or a dungeon. And I really hope he will forgive me for the suffering I caused him.. Everything has to perfect.
