I entered my house with a goofy smile on my face.

"Well someone looks happy" Peri teased.

"Well sue me for being happy" I joked.

She pulled me into a hug, "I've missed you"

"I missed you too" I told her, returning the embrace, "wanna eat lucky charms and watch stupid reality Tv?"

"Oh god yes" she replied, "I'll get the charms, you get your laptop ready, we're running all night baby!"

She thrusted her fist into the air and then ran into the kitchen.

I smiled.

Peri and I met in Sophomore year, we were really great friends and in Junior year we were dating, but we were best friends first, by the end of last year she moved to Australia with her mom.

We decided that it was unfair to stay together, new opportunities and such, so we split up.

It was now past 12 and we were watching Catfish.

"4 years? How do you maintain a online 'relationship' for 4 years! He's so stupid" she laughed then saw the time, "ugh, I should get going"

"Need a ride?" I asked.

"Nah dont worry about it, you already look pretty comfortable over there" she laughed, "I'll get an uber. Hey, your boyfriend's cute"

I smiled hearing him be referred to as my boyfriend.

"He is" I said, "wait, how'd you know?"

"Its obvious you have it bad for him, plus I saw you two kissing" she winked then left my room.

I felt a heat in my cheeks thinking about kissing him.

I guess I really do have it bad.
