Blake knew I wasn't lying, but he was still unsure. He was just as frightened as I was. It didn't matter what happened in the past with him, but something inside of me knew that I needed to see him, I just needed answers. I looked him in the eyes, waiting for him to say something, anything.
He cleared his voice. "So, where do you want to go from here?" I looked laid my hands on his shoulders as I replied.
"I wan- no. I need to see him. I need answers, I need to know the past, and I need him to tell me. I will do whatever it takes for me to find him. I will spend every minute finding him and I will search every square inch of this planet until I find him. But in the end, I will find him. "
"Okay." I felt as if I hadn't heard him right. "That's all you have to say?" I asked confused.
"Well no matter what I say, it won't stop you, so all I can do is tag along and come with you. I mean, it'll be interesting.." I almost laughed out loud. It was him who hadn't heard me right.
"No Blake..I meant for me to go...and me alone." His eyes looked like they were going to pop out of his head.
"N. O. NO. No. No. No. And no. I will absolutely not let you go by yourself. Are you crazy? You must be freaking insane. Do you know how dangerous that is?" Of course I did, and that's why you can't go. Blake, I love you too much to get hurt. You're the most important thing to me right now and I don't want to risk loosing you.
"Fine, then I won't go." I walked over and dropped my body dramatically on the bed. "I might as well stay in this house forever..." Blake just looked at me if he could care less...and he probably could. A smile tugged at the corner of his lips as his phone rang. He nodded, while walking downstairs so he could talk. I instantly ran to get a spare bag and threw everything in that I needed. I checked things off my list in my head. Just as I hid it and sat back on the bed, he walked back in. "Everything okay?" I asked, all innocent. He nodded. "I'm going to take a nap love, you wanna join me?"
"Yeah..just let me go to the bathroom..you know..lady stuff.." I lied. I hugged him and gave him a huge kiss, just in case it would be the last. " I love you Sophia." "I love you too." He walked out and I dressed myself quickly. I grabbed my bag and said a quiet goodbye to this place and to Blake. Because it would probably be the last time I will ever see this place and him again. A tear escaped as I jumped out the window, being as quiet as possible. And then I ran, I ran from my past, and I ran toward my future.
