Yoongi's POV
"Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh. What do I do?"
"You're asking me?" asked Jimin, incredulously.
"Who do you think I'm asking?" I say, my reply coming out muffled as my head was currently buried between my folded arms atop the countertop in the coffee shop that both Jimin and I worked at. The shop was fairly new, but had gained quite a bit of popularity due to its brilliant hand-brewed coffee.
"Don't sass me, hyung. But honestly, I really don't know. I mean, he's your step-brother so you can't exactly keep on avoiding him forever." I groan in response.
"I can't keep on avoiding him forever? F*cking watch me move to like, Diego Martinez." Jimin scoffs.
"That's a government island, hyung."
"Precisely. I'll go there and they'll kill me. I'll never have to deal with this b*llsh!t ever again."
"You'd be dead."
"My point exactly." Jimin sighs.
"Look, hyung—" Jimin was cut off as the sound of the entrance bell rang.
"I'm telling you, their coffee is like, the best thing on Earth, hyung! Oh, and I want to introduce you to a new friend I made! He works here, but I met him because of Kookie." I glanced up at an extremely excited Taehyung who had practically bounced his way over to the counter.
"Hey, Tae," (oOF iT RhYmES) I say nonchalantly while typing in Taehyung's order. Taehyung was a regular and got the same thing every time he came so I have learned to memorize his order.
"Morning, hyung!" I internally groan at the energy that was practically flowing off of Taehyung. He had way too much energy for 8:30am. I absolutely do not want to deal with and overly excited Taehyung at this ungodly hour.
Remembering that Taehyung had brought along another poor soul with him, I peeked over Taehyung's shoulder, tuning out his rambling as I opted to focus on the tall male behind him. After a moment or so, I identified the man as Namjoon. It's been a week and a half since I last saw Jungkook and the rest of his... group so it took me a little bit to identify Namjoon.
"Oh, hey Namjoon. I didn't know you knew Taehyung. I haven't known him for long, but I think I know him enough to say this; sorry that you're another one of the many unfortunate souls that have become victims of Taehyung's... unusual tendencies." Taehyung pouted while Namjoon chuckled.
"Hello, Yoongi. I feel that I should be the one telling you this, as I have known him for the past five years." I nodded in understanding, a little shocked at the lengthy amount of time that Namjoon and Taehyung have been in contact.
"Well, I suppose I should be doing my job now. Tae, I have your order down." I look up, pausing my previous actions to properly look at Namjoon and fold me hands before me on the countertop. "What would you like, Namjoon?" Said male looks up at the menu posted above me, scanning through the many choices of caffeinated and un-caffeinated drinks.
"Wait, hyung... s, how do you guys know each other, again?" Taehyung was ignored as Namjoon continued to skim the menu.
"I'll just have a medium hot tea." I nodded, starting to input the drink.
"Cream and sugar?"
"One and one, please." I nodded once again, finishing the order and sending it off to Jimin. I hold my hand out as Jimin prepares the drinks.
"Tae, pay up. Joon, yours is on me." Taehyung pouts again at my words.
"But hyung~"
"No."
