Chapter 20

Charlotte's POV

We arrived at the PC and Becky immediately just got out and walked right in. I looked over at Paige who looked back me with confusion on her face. I get my things and I walk in with Paige. I see Trinity and Alexa talking to each other. "Hey, did you guys see Becky around here?" I say with a smile. "Hey Charlotte and yea we did. She went down to the empty hallway that not many people go and I wouldn't bother her, she seemed pretty upset," Alexa said and I thanked her before going to the hallway with Paige. I hear sniffling coming from a room and I go to open but Paige stops me.

"Maybe it's best if I go see her, just go train and we'll be with you soon," she says and walks in without me. I hope Becky is ok.

Paige's POV

I walk in and in the corner of the room I see Becky look up at me. She looks so broken and I don't know why. "Becky are you ok, what happened," she just shakes her head and continues to cry. We sat there for a few minutes, me just calming her down and waiting for her to talk.

"Paige, I'm so screwed and it's because of Charlotte," she says making me confused. "What do you mean you're screwed and why is it because of Charlotte?" I say. "Paige, Charlotte is the one that attacked Finn while we were at the gym," she says. Is that bad? I thought she hated Finn so why does she care if Finn gets hurt.

"So, you never liked Finn. You should be happy," she then smiles and I knew it was fake. "Yea, you're right I don't know what I was thinking but let's train before we have to be at the arena," she says while getting up.

We walk out and head to the rings to practice. We see Charlotte and she was being really aggressive. She only gets like this when she's upset or she has a lot of things on her mind.

We joined her and we started with a couple of stretches. "How long do we have here before we have to go to the arena?"Charlotte asks  and Becky stayed quiet not even looking at her. "Well it's 12 so a few hours," I say. She nods and we started doing a couple of rolls.

Becky was still being quiet and she ignored Charlotte every chance she got. Charlotte tried to help Becky with some moves but Becky just ignored her and did it her way.

I was training with Becky while Charlotte was training by herself. "Hey Paige, can you come here real quick," I hear one of our trainers, Sara Amato, say. I exit out of the ring and make my way to her. "Is Becky doing ok? Every time she trains, she's always with Charlotte and now they're not even in the same ring," I sigh not knowing the true answer.

"To be honest, I don't know but I need to go back. I'll tell you if I know something," she thanks me and I make my way back to the ring. This is gonna be a long day.

Charlotte's POV

We finished training and we are here at SmackDown. Training wasn't fun at all. Becky didn't talked to me or looked at me. Every time I tried to help her, she just didn't listen or ignored me. I have no idea what I did wrong.

I walk to catering until I was stopped by Stephanie. She smiles at me and I instantly know I have a match or a promo to do. "Charlotte, just the woman I was looking for. To let you know, you are gonna be on commentary during Becky's match against Alexa," I nod my head and she handed me my script.

I mentally sigh and I went to catering and read the script. I was basically suppose to go out there and talk about the match and then when the match is over since Alexa is scheduled to win I'm suppose to confront her for something and that's it.

I get some food and wait till the match starts since it's opening the show. I finished my food and head to hair and makeup. As I was getting my hair done, I see Becky rush pass me and head towards the locker rooms. I would chase her but I had to get ready.

Becky's POV

I ran to Finn's room since he had to tell me something. My match is about to start soon so he better hurry up. I knock on the door and he opened it and I walked in. He had a black eye and I couldn't help but smile. He deserved it. "I told Stephanie about this and she said it was ok. So since you're scheduled to lose, Charlotte will confront Alexa about something and you will get a chair and hit her on the back," he said with a smile. My smile soon faded after I heard what I had to do. "No, I can't do that. I can't just go out there and hit her with a chair," I say out loud. "Yes you can and you will. Just remember I'll see you after your match so you better get going," I say and he shoves me out of his room.

There's no way I can do that. I can't hit her. I don't care what he does. I rather let him do what ever he wants to me then me hitting Charlotte with a steel chair. I make my way to the gorilla and I already see Alexa and Charlotte there. Alexa's music plays and she whispered a good luck to me and smiled.

After she does her entrance, Jojo starts to introduce me. I walk out and do my entrance. As soon as we were about to start the match, Charlotte came out staring right at me. I stare at her with a smile as she sits down at the announce table.

Charlotte's POV

I sit at the announce table with Corey Graves, Michael Cole and they hand me my headset. Becky and Alexa start the match but I just keep my eyes on Becky. "So Charlotte, what do you think is happening," I hear Corey say. "Uh, what," I say causing them both to laugh. "I said Becky has been off her game since this match started so what do you think is happening," he says and he's right. She hasn't been on her game. "I've known Becky for a long time and when she gets into the ring her mind is empty. She only focuses on her match and that's it but it seems like tonight, that's not happening," I say while watching the match. Michael continues to call all the moves while I just watch Becky. Alexa manages to do glitter blizzard and Becky lands really hard on her back.

She groans in pain and I start to get worried. Alexa targets her back the entire match. Soon Alexa pins becky and I get up and confront her. We push each other and Alexa looks confused like she's waiting for something to happen. She then tries to hit me and I block it and I attack her.

I see Becky from the corner of my eye going up the ramp looking at us. I stop attacking Alexa and I look at Becky whose walking backwards up the ramp. She mouths an "I'm sorry" and leaves. She confuses me sometimes but that's what I like about her. She's like a puzzle and once every piece is in the right place, you get a beautiful outcome.
