Chapter 24

Becky's POV

We arrive back to the hotel and I practically drag Charlotte to her room. "Jesus Bex, slow down," I hear Charlotte say but I just keep walking. "Yea well I'm excited to be with you," I say and turn around to see a blushing Charlotte.

We arrive at her room and I immediately jump on the bed like a little kid. "Becky, can I talk to you about something," I hear Charlotte say as she sits on the bed as well. "Yea go ahead," I say as I sit up.

"Well I don't know how to say this but are you leading me on?," she ask and I look at her confused. "Charlotte no, I would never do something like that," I say. "Becky, you literally told me yesterday that you loved Finn and after I gave you a piggyback ride to the hotel you were kissing my neck. I just feel like you are leading me on," Charlotte said with sadness laced in her voice.

"Charlotte, I won't ever do that to you. I love you and if you want me to stop kissing you or if I make you feel like I'm leading you on just tell me and I'll stop just tell me whenever," I say while looking at her in the eyes. "Ok, I just wanted to ask since it's been on my mind for a while," Charlotte said while looking down embarrassed.

I lift her head up so she can look at me. "Don't be embarrassed. I get it if you feel like that but I'm glad you talked about it because that's the last thing I want to do to you," I say causing her to smile. I place my forehead on hers and we just sit there looking into each other's eyes. "I would kiss you but I can't," I say as I caress her cheek. I soon felt her connect our lips and I hesitate to kiss back but I did any way. "I though you wanted me to stop kissing you because I made you feel like I was leading you on," I say while looking at her. "I did but I didn't feel like you were leading me on right now so I just wanted to kiss you," she said. "Ok," I say and kissed her but I soon heard my phone ring and I broke the kiss and answered it. "Ok, thank you. I'll pick it up right now" I said as I hang up the phone.

"Ok, I really want to stay here with you but I need to go somewhere and pick something up," I say as I kiss her. "Ok, just hurry back," she said and I blush on my way out. I make my way to my car and I put the address in my phone and I drive to the jewelry store. I wanted to get Charlotte a necklace with my name on it so she can remember that I love her. Since she told me that she felt like I was leading her on I hope this makes her feel that I love her because I do.

I park and I get out of my car and head inside. There is a guy behind the counter. I paid for it and he gave it to me in a little box. I opened it and saw my name with little diamonds around it. I'm pretty sure Charlotte would like it but since the party is coming up, I'll give it to her there. I exit the store and went back to my car. I drive back to the hotel while singing along to songs.

I made my way up the stairs since I didn't want to take the elevator. I make my way to her room but before I open the door, I put the box in my pocket before going in. I see her on the couch scrolling through her phone. "Char, I'm back," I say as I take my jacket off carefully. She gives me a hug which I returned. "Hey so what do you want to do since you're back?" She said while sitting on the bed.

"Well, lets watch a movie before we gotta go to the party," I said while Charlotte holds her arms out so she can hug me. I hugged her back while she was trying to find something to watch. We settled on Fast and Furious. "Hold on, let me get something," Charlotte said while getting up. "Ugh, can it wait please? I was so comfy," I say annoyed. "No, it can't I'll be back in a few minutes just start the movie and watch it," she said while leaving to go to the kitchen.

In a few minutes, she comes back with a bag of popcorn and I chuckle. "Really," I say as I ate some. "Yea, everybody likes popcorn," she said while eating some and watching the movie.

After the movie was finished, we didn't know what to do. The party was gonna start in a couple of hours so there's no need to get ready now. "Charlotte, what do you want to do until the party," I ask. "I don't know. We have 4 hours till the party so you wanna maybe cuddle and go to sleep for a while," Charlotte said while fidgeting with her fingers. I could tell she's nervous but I don't know why. "Why are you nervous to ask me that," I asked her.

"What makes you think I'm nervous, " she said and she continues fidgeting with her fingers. "Well you're fidgeting with your fingers and you only do that when you're nervous so again why are you nervous to ask me that," I say and she sighs. "I just thought it would be wrong since you are dating Finn and you love him," she said putting air quotes when she said love him. "Look, just because I'm dating him doesn't mean I can stop cuddling with you so I'm gonna go to my room real quick and get some clothes to sleep in,"I say and I hug her before getting my room key and going to my room.

I open my door and go inside and see him on the couch, on his phone. I don't know how I'm gonna get my stuff and leave. He notices me and stands up from the couch. "Hey Becky," he said coming over to me and giving me a hug. His hands go lower to my butt and I immediately pull back. "Um I need to get something from my suitcase but it will take a couple of seconds," I say and I go around him towards my suitcase.

"You haven't been here for a while. Where were you?," I hear him say. It's not like I've been in Charlotte's room trying to avoid him for the past couple of days. "I was at a friend's room," I say and I look for my clothes and there's no way I can leave here without him questioning me about it. "Actually I can't find it, I'll bring my suitcase since I don't want them to wait?" I say and grab my suitcase and go to the door but I felt a joint from my suitcase and I looked to see he had a hold of it.

"Finn, I need to go. They're waiting for me and I don't want them to wait too long," I say as I open the door but he immediately closes it. "They can wait," he said getting closer. "No, they can't wait" I say. "Fine but let me remind you of something," he said into my ear. "I know you are going to Charlotte's room and it's fine but if you don't do as I say you will regret it," he said in a very serious tone. I nod my head yes really quick because he's starting to scare me. "Now remember this, just say yes and don't refuse. Say yes and nothing will happen. Don't refuse it, if you do. You will regret it now get out," he said pushing me out of his room.

I stand there shock wondering what he meant. Say yes? Is he gonna have a friend do something and I can't refuse it? Might as well just wait until whatever happens. But say yes to what? I walk to Charlotte's room and knock on the door. She opens it and she smiles and I return it. "What took you so long and why do you have you entire suitcase with you?," she said while moving out of the door way so I can walk in. "I don't know just didn't want to go back and forth with everything. Especially with a scraped knee," I lied. She nods and closes the door behind me.

"Well, I'm gonna go change and I'll be with you in a few," I said as I grab some clothes and went to the bathroom. Once I was done, I sat on the floor and wondered what Finn meant. Say yes but to what? Is he gonna ask me something? I sit on the floor and just thought about what he can mean about saying yes.

I sit with my head in my knees and I stare off to space for a while. I soon felt my heart beat speed up and I try to control it by taking deep breaths. It didn't work and I start to feel a headache. I hold my head in pain and groan. I heard a knock on the door and I felt a presence next to me. My head was still in my knees but I knew it was Charlotte.

"Becky, are you ok," I hear her say and I immediately shake my head no while still holding my head. My head started to get worse and I began to cry because of how bad it was. My head was pounding and I couldn't control it. I soon felt arms hug me and I don't even move. "M-Make it s-stop Charlotte," I said while still shaking. "Listen, just take a couple of deep breaths and everything will be fine. I'll do it with you," Charlotte whispered and I start to take deep breaths again. "There you go," she said while rubbing my back. I take deep breaths one after the other while Charlotte does the same while whispering encouraging things in my ear. A minute later everything stopped. My heart was at a normal pace and my headache went away.

I looked up to see Charlotte and I was engulfed in a hug by her. I hugged her back immediately. "Becky, are you ok," she said while still hugging me. "Yea. I think I had an anxiety attack," I said while I feel her rub my head while were still hugging. "Well c'mon, lets take a nap before this party," she said while letting go. She helped me up and held my hand while we walked to her room. We both set alarms on our phones and we laid in bed. "I love you Becky," she said while putting her arms around me and kissing my forehead. "I love you too Charlotte," I said while kissing her cheek. We soon fell asleep in each other's arms.
