Ashton's P.O.V.

I felt Natalie stiffen when I told her about my parents wanting to meet her's. Just by her reaction I could tell that that's a problem. Immediatly, problems rushed through my mind, possiblities of why she wouldn't want me to meet them. "Is there something wrong?" I asked as we got off the bike. I brought her back to my cabin to talk. But I think this is going to be a big subject tonight.

"No, ah, not really. It's just my parent's... they don't allow me to date and even if I could... well, they wouldn't be expecting you." She put her head in hands as she sat on the couch. I slouched down next to her, rubbing her back affectionately. She looked up, taking my hands in hers, trying to smile. "I really like you, but they may think differently."

"Well, what kind of guy do they want me to be?" I asked her seriously.

"You don't have to change for anyone, hon." She smiled sweetly, kissing my cheek. I rolled my eyes playfully, but this is serious. I want her parent's to approve of us dating, if they don't that won't stop us, but I'd still be nice not to sneak around.

"Seriously though, I want them to like me. Tell me what kind of guy they want for you."

"I don't know really... I guess someone smart-"

"Are you saying I'm not smart?!" I asked acting as if I were offended. She laughed and shook her head no.

"No, you're smart. But they like preppy guys, like, guys who don't do anything wrong. Guys that use forks when they eat french fries." She giggled. "Um, you know... guys who are going to go to Harvard or Princeton. I guess, square guys." She shrugged. "But I'd much rather have them know the real you."

"Mhmm." I nodded in deep thought. If they want some douche bag that slicks his hair back and wears sweaters draped over his shoulders than so be it. Natalie jumped into my lap, wrapping her arms around my neck. I shook my head, returning back to reality to be with Natalie. She kissed me sweetly on the lips, running her fingers through my hair. I moaned against her lips and bit down on her lip. She gasped slightly, making me chuckle in between kisses. Deepening the kiss, we laid down onto the couch so that I was on top of her. She pulled my closer, rubbing her body against me. I broke away because we were both breathless.

"That. Was. The. Best. Kiss. Ever!" I whispered onto her lips. She giggled while slipping off of the couch from underneath me. "What're you doing?" I chuckled. She turned on the stereo, "Now Or Never," by Outasight. Natalie started to bust out some crazy moves, surprisingly she is is an amazing dancer! I got up and held onto her hips, dancing in sync with her. We laughed at our childishness and soon the song was over. She walked back over to the stereo when "I Won't Give Up," by Jason Mraz. She was about to turn off the stereo when I whipped her around to face me. I put my hands on her waist and she followed in suit by wrapping her hands around my neck. We swayed back and forth to the song slowly. She sighed, laying her head on my chest and I comfortably put my chin onto of her head.

"You're amazing, Nat." I whispered. She put a little space between us so that she could look me in the eyes, rubbing my neck with her finger gently.

"You're the best thing that ever happened to me." She laughed nervously, but I could feel the emotions. I think I love this girl, but it's too early to tell. I hugged her closer to me, kissing her hair.

"I feel the same way." I breathed out. The song ended so I dipped her backwards as she giggled. I gripped her waist tightly while I leaned in to kiss her. We broke away, once again breathless and straightened ourselves out. Her phone suddenly buzzed and her ringtone, "Call Me Maybe" went off.

"Sorry, I have to take this. It's my mom..." She pecked my lips and walked out onto the porch. I slouched onto the couch and waited for Natalie to return.
