My slow footsteps echoed across the shallow river. The cold feeling rush through me faster than I could recall. I scrambled out of the water, dusting my feet from the sticky mud that stacked for their dear life. I stopped to look at my surrounding, maybe my escape plan should stop here.
I brush the thought to the back of my mind, trying to concentrate on the present conditions. I fastened my pace when the tone of danger rang like music at the back of my head . The dried leave crumbled beneath my wet feet....
I stopped in my track realizing that my path was being blocked by a mountain. I didn't want to climb, but the thought of me being a slave to the king, pumped the nerve in me. My left hand gripped the first rock I could find, I thrust myself upward. I squeezed my palms into the tight hole to maintain balance. When the real climbing started, I got some real blisters. This wouldn't have been a success if I hadn't learn how to climb from my friends. This is surely paying off now.
The ripple of sweat dripped down my cloth, soaking me. I wondered how I smelt now, I haven't taken a bath since three good weeks, just because of this meaningless journey. I was about to quit going when the path cleared before me.
I didn't know where I was heading, but the only thing that played in my mind was the word ' Escape '. I strolled on the walk path for what felt like an eternity, only to stop before what looked like a deep hole. I dashed inside, hoping to take refuge for the night.
Inside the what looked like a cave had many tunnels, which I had to pick at random. Unlike outside this place felt cozy, like it had something that was filled with Darkness.
Minutes past and past yet the tunnel was looking as if it just begun. Have read books that said that places like this where leading to the east. So if I was able to burst out alive, what am sure of, I would go downwards, leading to the south...

I heard the sound of something large tripled on a rock. Before I had the chance to turn back, it hid itself in the shadows. Someone was following me.
"Who's there?" I asked terrified.
My heart was beginning to pump blood faster than it should, it was going to pop out of my mouth very soon. After several seconds of waiting, I got no reply. I grabbed my gown by it tip and began to run. I didn't know if it was my imaginations, but I prayed it was.
My idea was proven wrong when, something gigantic started to gallop behind me. My heart leaped to my mouth at the violent tremble of the tunnel. The whole cave was rumbling with the force of the beast. I kept my pace, letting the gap between me and the unknown spread.
Thud!
I stumbled. Unlucky for me, it wasn't because I tripped on a stone, but the tunnel had come to a quick stop. The noise of around me died down suddenly, the beast knew.
When it came to view , I shivered, hoping I didn't fidget.I was totally horrified. It red crystal eyes, burned deeply in the dark. The stains of dried blood stocked to it mouth. The beast heed was strong as the earth itself. Several arrows and spikes hanged freely on it's back, possibly the weapons of the Warriors who had challenge it. They must surely be dead by now, even if they were alive, I know they must surely be missing a arm or a leg.
Finally it had came into rear view, and I was creped to see what I saw. It was a bear, and when I said bear, I didn't just mean bear, it was the monster called Fantom bear . This bears were said to be rare, not only rare, but extremely vigorous. I hated it stories at a young age, so I knew this would make no difference. It was said that three of this beast had the ability to wreck havoc on a uncivilized settlement . Even if I was going to die, I don't fear death so I was willing to embrace my choice. I closed my eyes for my final breath....
