Backstory:
Adi film making
Mihir-Mihika telling Adi that Raman hasn't told Ishita I Love You, Ruhi talking to them and Simmi and romi explaining Ishita and Raman respectively.

Simmi takes Ishita to her room and signs romi to leave from there.
Romi wished "All the best bhai"
Simmi and romi rushed out of the room and closed the door and pressed their ears to the door. For few minutes they heard nothing but silence.
Finally Raman spoke up "Ishita-"
Simmi and romi got excited "Yeah...bhai bolne waale hai" [Yeah ... Bhai is about to say]
They both strained their ears but again couldn't hear anything and then

Ishita yells "Raman yeh bhi koi kaan me batane ki cheez hai" [Raman ,is this a thing to be told in ears?]
Raman sniggered "Kaan me nahi batau toh kahan batau Ishita" [If I don't tell in ears where do I Ishita]
Ishita states "Yeh baat toh aisi hai jo chilla chilla ke bata te hai log" [This thing is told by everyone loudly]
Raman replies"Main special hoon na. Accha laga surprise?" [I'm special. Did you like the surprise?]
Ishita replies sarcastically "Haan. Bahot accha laga" [Yes. It was very nice]

Simmi and Romi "Bhai ne kaan me boldi hai.Sab ko bata te hai" They left [Bhai has told it in ears. Let's tell everyone]
Ruhi came there and was about to enter their parents room when she heard Ishita asking "Raman yeh kaisa surprise hai kaan mein aake kaho - I have a meeting at seven .Utha dena"[Raman what kind of surprise is this? Coming and telling in ears - I have a meeting at seven .Wake me]
Raman reasons "See aise kabhi kisi ko bolte suna hai tumne" [have you ever heard anyone telling this before?]
Ishita denies "Nahi" [No]
Raman boasts "Toh huva na surprise.Expect kuch aur kiya tha aur nikla kuch aur hi" [So,this became surprise.You had expected something and got something else]
Ishita sassed "Sari ki dhabbe se nikla jhoota" [From sari box,shoes came out]
Raman smirked "Seekh rahi ho mujhse" [You're learning from me]

Ruhi thinks "Offo yeh log tho galath samaj gaye.Papa ne abhi tak nahi bola hai Ishima ko I Love You". She walks away [This people understood wrong.Papa didn't tell Ishima I Love you still]
After some time Simmi and Romi come running there with whole family. Everybody's attention towards IshRa's bedroom.

Ishita announced "Raman please nahi na.Kaafi hai yeh aaj ke liye" [Raman please stop it. It's enough for today]
Raman bet "Abhi khatam kaha huva hai Ishita" [It's not yet over Ishita]
Ishita laughs "Hogaya aapne already karli hai aur kitna karoge" [It's over. You have already done it.How much will you do?]
Raman requests "Ishita sirf ek aur ...please yaar only one" [Ishita one more...please just one more]
