Backstory :
Ishita chooses Adi over Ruhi and falls ill. Raman begs Shagun to send Ruhi.

Raman leaves Shagun's room with a heavy heart after hearing Shagun's answer. Ruhi enters and asks"What happened Shagun mamma. What was papa doing here?"
Shagun tells Ruhi that Ishita was not feeling well and papa wants you to be there.
After half hour, Ruhi and Shagun enter Bhalla house. Everyone hug Ruhi but Ruhi behaves rude to them. She then goes to room where Ishita was and enters inside.
Ishita exclaims "Ruhi baccha aap aagaye ?" [Ruhi you came?]
Ruhi shot "Haan, yeh first aur last time hai Jo mai aapse Milne wali hoon. You're very bad Ishima. I hate you" [Yes. This is the first and last time I'm gonna meet you. You're very bad Ishima. I hate you]
All Bhalla family had followed Ruhi into IShita's room and were shocked to hear Ruhi talk like that. Adi felt he was the reason for IshRu bond to break and ran to his room. Shagun was smirking while Ishita started to cry.
Ruhi turns to Shagun "Shagun mamma kya aap mere liye chocolate karido ge abhi. vo next road wali shop se" [Shagun mamma can you buy me a chocolate from the next road shop now]
Shagun smiles at Ruhi and also throws a cruel smile at Ishita and leaves"Of course. Ruhi beta I'll get it right now"
Ruhi requests "Daadi, Simmi bua Mujhe bhook lagi hai. Aap mere liye kuch banao na please" [I'm hungry. Please make something for me]
Simmi and Mrs.Bhalla left to kitchen.
She then spoke to the remaining three - Mr.bhalla, Raman and Romi
"Daadu, chachu aap Adi bhaiyya ko sambhalo. Vo ro ke Gaye. Papa aap mere saare things pack Karo. Mujhe ab se Shagun mamma ke saath rehna hai na."Ruhi ordered [Daadu and chachu please go to Adi bhaiyya.he was crying and papa pack all my left-overs, from now I have to live with Shagun mamma right?]
Trio went to do what Ruhi told.
She then turned to crying Ishita. "Mujhe maf kardo ishima. I'm sorry" [Forgive me Ishima. I'm sorry]
Ishita saw up and saw Ruhi in verge of tears. She immediately hugged her. Ruhi did the same.
Ruhi sobbed and told "I'm sorry Ishima. I shouldn't have told you that . I don't hate you but love you the most. I'm sorry..."
Ishita told "Ru baccha. No, don't be sorry. I'm sorry. I know that you don't like Shagun mamma then also I sent you there. Don't you want to know the reason behind it?"
Ruhi reasoned "No Ishima. I know ki aap Jo bhi karte ho ek proper reason se karte ho. Aap kabhi bhi mere liye bura nahi chahenge" [No Ishima I know whatever you do, you do it with a proper reason. You'll never want anything bad for me]
Ishita picked up crying Ruhi and made her sit on her lap and continued
"Ruhi baccha. I'm so proud of you. But aaj main aap ko ek baat batane wali hoon. I'm telling you this because now you're a big girl and you understand things very easily. okay?" [I'm proud of you.And I'm gonna tell you something today]
"What?" Ruhi asked innocently
"Today in court I chose Adi bhaiyya because if I did not choose bhaiyya he would have gone far from us." Ishita told her the truth
