"That rascal! You knew about this didn't you Gin?" I asked my best friend.

"Honestly I didn't! I thought it was Fred at the beginning just joking around but this is so much better." She laughed.

"Look, the parchments are glowing!" Hermione exclaimed.

She was right, as soon as the message was arranged in order the pieces of parchment fused together to form one bigger piece of parchment and started glowing.

"Look!" Ginny cried.

The message was changing; letters were shifting and moving around. Some were disappearing altogether while others were changing place and a few new letters appeared.

'FIND ME' g

"He's quite the rascal." Ginny said.

"I'm confused though, about the glowing that is. What does it mean?" Mione asked.

"That, my dear friend, was a notification of sorts. It alerted George, I believe, to the fact that I had finally read the message and he then changed it. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a boyfriend to find." I said excitedly.

"Go, Ali!" Ginny shouted.

"You know, he's a lot smarter than people give him credit for." I told the girls before running out.

Then I ran out of the girls' dormitory, out of the common room and only thought to stop when I was already in the corridor because I didn't know where to go.

"Our place? Where is our place exactly? Oh, I have it!" I muttered to myself.

Running off I made my way to the Astronomy Tower, only to come up empty-handed. He wasn't there. I was sure that he would be here, it's the place where we first kissed. Where else could he be? The Room of Requirements! Running off again I turned the other way up to the fifth floor. It was another miss, he wasn't there either. Where else . . . of course!

Finally figuring out where to go I took off for the outside of the castle. I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner, first, I should have thought of it first. In the Great Hall, I ran straight into the hard wall that turned out to be Fred Weasley. Of course, that ended up with me falling back onto my arse, breathing rather hard.

"What's your rush?" Fred asked, helping me up with a knowing smile.

"I've got to find your twin! Have you seen him?" I asked.

"So you finally figured it out didn't you? Did you match the notes? He was going crazy waiting for you to do it." Lee said.

"I saw him head outside a few minutes ago." Fred said.

I kissed him on the cheek and ran off, hopefully for the last time. The difference was, this time I knew exactly where to go. Once I left the castle I slowed down, walking to the tree in front of the lake. No charming ginger anywhere but there was a small box under the tree that had my name on it.

It was a small, light blue box with a snowflake pattern, a slightly darker blue ribbon with more white snowflakes was tied in a bow around it. Picking it up the box seemed rather light, my curiosity got the best of me so I pulled on a loose end of the ribbon and the most amazing thing happened.

The box fell open and a small ball of snow appeared in the middle of it. The ball grew a little inside then exploded; small snowflakes falling softly all around me. Another small note in the middle of the falling snowflakes:

'WILL YOU GO TO THE BALL WITH ME'

The falling snowflakes weren't cold, they were just there to look pretty. Suddenly arms appeared and surrounded my waist while a ginger head rested on top of my head.
