I woke up in the middle of the night with Josh still cuddled against me and Marta standing right beside our bed in tears.

"Uncle Tyty" She was whispering and shaking me lightly.

"What?" I asked looking at her but not moving.

"I'm scared can you check my room for monsters?" She asked and I sighed and moved Josh over before getting up.

"C'mon" i said and she followed me nervously and I opened the door.

I got down on the ground and looked under the bed, there was nothing. 

"There's nothing in here" I said and she started looking at me intensely, scary..very scary.

"Check the closet" she said and I might even say that i'm scared to look in the closet.  I have always had a fear of monsters in the closet.

"How about you just sleep with me and uncle josh" I said and she nodded and ran out of the room.  I eyed the closet before walking out and closing the door.

I walked into our room and crawled in beside Marta who was now beside Josh.  I looked at my phone and saw it was 5:59.  Marta has to get up for school in 30 minutes anyways.

We decided that me and Josh will work the same morning shift so that we will be here to get her off of the bus. 

I sighed and closed my eyes but ended up just lying awake until 6:30 when Josh's alarm went off anyways.

"Marta, up" I said and she sleepily got up and walked out of our room.  I decided I would let Josh sleep and just get Marta dressed.  I will wake him up when we have to go to the bus stop though.

"Help me pick an outfit, uncle Ty" she said sleepily and I went over to her dresser and pulled out a rainbow skirt and a purple t-shirt with a pink heart on it.  I gave it to her and turned around.

"You have to help me get dressed" She said and I decided Josh should do this.

"Let me go get uncle Josh okay?" I asked and she nodded and I walked into me and Josh's room, still in my boxers.

"Josh go dress Marta" I said and he groaned and turned over.

"You do it, i'm sleepy" he said and I sighed.

"I am going to wake you up when we go out to the bus stop" I said and he groaned and turned over.

"Uncle Josh said he doesn't want to get up so sit down" I said pointing to her bed.

She put her arms above her head and I took her shirt off and replaced it with the purple heart one I just picked out for her.  I replaced her pajama pants with the rainbow skirt and she ran out into the living room.

She started putting her shoes on and I took this time to get dressed.  I got dressed in a light pink button up and black skinny jeans putting on my normal converses.

I went back into the living room to find her not there but in the bathroom brushing her teeth. 

"Brush my hair uncle Ty" she said and I brought her to the living room with her hairbrush and sat her down on the floor.

I gently brushed through it just as I watched my mom brush through hers so many times as a child. 

"Can I braid it?" I asked her and she nodded yes very quickly.  I braided my mom's hair for her as a child so many times, I kind of missed it.

She handed me a hair bow from off her wrist and I began to braid it.  I braided it into to pig tails and she smiled at me with her icy blue eyes.  

"Go get your backpack and stuff why I go wake up your uncle Josh" I said and she nodded and I went back into me and Josh's room.

"Joshy, get up" I shook him and he groaned and rolled over.

"I'll give you a kiss" I said and he slowly sat up.

"Go brush your teeth first" I added and he got up and went into the bathroom.  He came back and I kissed him on the lips.

"Now get dressed" I left the room and he started to get dressed and I went into the room to help out Marta.

"I need you to sign this" she said and held up a piece of paper and a marker.  I read over it and it was a note from the teacher saying that she needs to stay seated in class and stop interrupting.

"How about you tell your teacher that your uncle Tyler said that it's not my fault adhd and if you have a problem call him" I said and she frowned.

"I can't remember that" she said.

"Well let me write it on here" I said and wrote down those words but harsher.

"as you give it to her Marmar, call her bitch I give you persmission" Josh said from behind me.

"But I will get in trouble" she said.

"No you won't you live with us remember" I told her and she giggled.

"Say it to me like you are her and gave me the paper" I said and she started smiling.

"BITCH ASS HOE!" She yelled and threw the paper at me, I burst out laughing.

"Well those words are needed too" I said and gave her the paper back. 

"Here" Josh wrote both our phone numbers on the paper.

"Ready to go to the bus stop?" Josh asked and she smiled big and nodded.  We started for the door when Josh grabbed my hand. 

I looked at him and smiled and he smiled back.

"Mommy said that you were gonna marry a guy one day and she would never let me see you again but I actually like that you are gonna marry a guy" Marta said.  I smiled really big and so did Josh. 

"are you gonna marry uncle Tyty one day?" She added.  Josh smiled at me even bigger which made me blush before answering. 

"one day i'm gonna marry him and we're gonna have a million little children and a big big farm and a horse named david" He smiled and I wrapped my arm around him. 

"i'm looking forward to that day I mean to have a million little children running around seems like a little much though how about we agree that we can have 4 children?" I said to Josh. 

"I like the sound of that" Josh said.  We reached the bus stop and waited for about 5 minutes and then it pulled up.

"BYE BYE MARTA!" Me and Josh yelled together holding onto each other as she waved back.

"Ready to go to work?" Josh asked a few seconds after the bus pulled away. 

"As ready as i'll ever be Joshy" I responded.  I caught myself staring at him and blushed. 

"A horse named david?" I asked. 

"Shh" Josh put his finger over my lips and then giggled. 

"Those are my dreams silly goose" He then stroked my cheek and I smiled at him again. 

We walked into the music store and he began to open and I followed my insturctions to start sorting cd's. 

I was finished about an hour later and Josh was talking to a customer. 

"Yeah and that's how I started playing drums" Josh said. 

"You play drums?" I chimed in walking up to him.  The customer payed and then left. 

"Yeah" Josh said I looked down at the desk. 

"What do you want me to do now?" I asked. 

"Sit with me" Josh said.  He ended up sitting on my lap again. 

"Hey dad" Josh said as he walked in. 

"How was Marta you two?" He asked. 

"She said ketchup was a vegatable for one-" I cut Josh off. 

"It is" Josh and his dad both rolled their eyes. 

"She said gay was gross and then she changed her mind" Josh muttered and his dad kept a straight face. 

"Uhh other than that she was good" Josh said. 

"I have to go to California today for a music store convention i'll be back in about two days so behave you two!" Josh's dad said before walking out. 

The day flew by after that.  The next person for the shift came in and we headed to wait at the Bus Stop for Marta. 

I love Josh so much.
