I looked at Ian, waiting expectantly for him to say something.

I supposed I should be surprised; but inside me I already suspected something was going on; something that people were hiding from me. My friends, Tyler, Ian.

I just had to hear it from either one of them.

Ian shot me a frown, before peeling off the bandage on his head and ripping off the other one on his arm.

He barely suffered a scratch. There were no injuries on him at all.

What was going on?

"Tas, listen. What i am going to tell you is going to come as a shock, and you probably might think im a crazy nutcase. But no matter what, remember I won't ever hurt you, and you do not have to be scare of me, ok?"

He looked at me pleadingly.

I could only nod.

Taking a deep breath, he continued,"You know my family was one of the founders at Vale Springs. During that time, my grandfather came upon a great power, and it was that power which saved the Tatler line from degenerating."

"We do not get injured easily, and our bodies have healing systems stronger than any living things combined on earth."

He stopped, and looked at me for some kind of reaction.

I only had one question.

"What are you?"
