"Ok, let me get this straight. Alexander is a rebel and his warrior name is Tom Cat. Also you kidnapped him, so Timber Wolf sent back a hallucination and now you are going to try and get the king to leave Mantoa or they'll kill him."

"Also, he may have almost gotten shot. When Timber's around, you never know."

"That isn't helping Eliza wanting to help us," he whispered to them.

Eliza looked at her husband, "Do you really want to do this?"

"More than anything else. I've seen what we've been doing to their land and we need can't just do nothing or they won't be around much longer."

"Then I suport you and I'll help too."

The pack smiled in shock. None of them expected this. Who would expect a woman who was as proper and not violent woman who had never thrown a punch was about to join a revolution against her own kind.

"Then you'll need a warrior name." Timber paused to think, "Phoenix. That would suits you, fierce and beautiful." She smiled at her. Ok, that was a good line for her because she didn't know how to flirt no matter how much Herc taught her.

"Timber she's my wife and that is the thing we expect Herc to do, not you," Alexander told her, pushing her away from Eliza.

"Well she is beautiful. And fuck you Tom Cat," she then went over to the rest of the pack.

"Not around Philip and Peggy."

"Well, now this is out in the open in the Hantrol family, it's time for you to keep up your deal."

"Eyeshadow on first and then yes, I'll take you out to eat and get as drunk as you like," he reluctantly said. He knew that it would a mess, like normal, and they would do somethings that weren't exepted by humans, like magic, gayness and pretty much everything mages do or are.

"So, what tavern are we going to? The most mage like tavern you humans have? A high class tavern or what ever you have instead?"

"Here I have a high class and can't be seen in a tavern you like. We are important and have a reputation to keep up that isn't killing people for disagreeing with them or for no reason," he mocked. He was mocking her in a friendly way.

"That was a low blow. Touché," she laughed. She was in a good mood so he wouldn't be thrown into a wall or impaled because she didn't like his joke.

After some time they went and got ready to go. They wanted to go to a tavern but they kept refusing. It ended up that they had to compromise so they would go to that restaurant that day but soon they would dress in not so nice clothing and go to the shittyist, most dangerous, mage like tavern they could find and they all knew that they would find one. They all got into the carriage and Alex, a girl that would only wear mage clothes, was in a dress and with them.

"So, Timber, what's the magelands like? Do you have dragons? Do you have phenioxes? Are the mages nice or are they more likely to blow your brains out?" The oldest of the Hantrol children kept questioning her.

"You don't need to tell her about the magelands, it'll only fuel her want to be a mage," Peggy whispered to her.

"What's wrong with wanting to be a mage? We are clearly the best," she said with a smirk, "And the magelands are amazing, there you're a free spirt where no one will try and stop you from being you and you can do what ever you want to and the law won't try and stop you. In the magelands we live side by side with the other creatures there and we know what they need to live and fight by our side. We do have dragons and phenioxes but we have so many creatures there but you just need to know where to look. Somewhere are nice but most mages are like me, we'll blow your brains out if you do one thing to fuck up anything like happy time or fights or hunting."

Alex's eye widened in awe. "That sounds amazing. I wish I was a mage."

"Don't you dare tell her a way that she can be a mage," Alexander whispered to her before going back to talking to the others.

After a tone more questions and a ride that felt like an eternity in the carriage, they made it to their destination. One by one they left the carriage and headed to the door.

They entered and the air was filled with a scent of expensive foods. The pack almost drooled at the sight of such nice looking food from the food that they were used to, nearly rotting meat with anything they could scavenge. They were seated near the door. They had foods that the pack couldn't identity, there was nothing like this where they were from. They had gallons of ale, sport and beer while the Hantrols stuck to their wine or, for the children, fruits juices.

The night was quick and, again, only Hercules remembered the night. He stayed with them the whole night.

Eliza walked I to the guest bedroom, where they were living for the time, and placed down three piles of clothes.

"You're sisters and their boyfriends have their clothes already. Thease are for the ball today."

"Thanks Phoenix." She smiled at her.

Eliza returned the smile as she walked out.

"You really do like Eliza."

"Well she is one of the most beautiful woman I've ever seen."

"Well she's married, to a pack member, and has three fucking children."

"I know." She sighed, "But anyway we should get dressed."

She went over to the bed where Eliza had left three outfits. She took the red one, it was the most amazing outfit she had ever seen it looked hand stitched and the materials were more expensive than everything she owned put together. Timber went to the bathroom to change. She did her own eyeshadow and put her hair up in a low ponytail. Now she really did look like a boy.

By the time she was back in their room the boys had dressed themselves and did their eyeshadow, even though they had failed miserably. Timber then fixed their eyeshadow and helped Lance with his hair.

Everyone meet in the living room. When they were down Peggy and Eliza had breakfast ready and set it out on the table, and to the Hantrols' surprise Alex joined them and was ready for the ball.

Timber sat next to Alex and Lance.

"So Alex, they got you in a dress?"

"I had it tailor made, so under the dress is shorts."

"You really are like Timber." As Lance said that, Herc shuddered at the thought of two Timbers.

The pack started eating. It only took them a minute before the food was gone. The Hantrols, but Tom Cat and Alex, gave them a disgusted look before eating.

"Mages would kill for this back home." She said between mouthful, "Honestly, they would kill for any food that isn't going to kill them. Never mind we would kill for anything. Gods I miss the magelands and killing."

"The magelands seem... dangerous. How did you survive?"

"I have the most feared mage in the land with me." Timber gave them a nod as she heard Tom Cat mention her.

"He could handle himself, offer to buy a round and everyone will keep you around."

"So, what's today's order of business?"

"Just the Skya Ball."
