I'm not sure if you noticed but I changed Alpha King David's name to Xenith. It's pronouced (Zen-ith). I don't know why but I just didn't like David anymore lol but anyways enjoy the chapter!😊

Alpha Cole's POV

"This is great."

The bitch is dead.

Alpha King Xenith is leaving today.

What a great combo don't you think?"

After my son Chris gave the bitch some wolfsbane, tricking her into thinking that it was medicine, the bitch obviously fell for the bait and used it on herself.

My son Chris told me that he heard her scream in pain and let me tell you it was the first good news I'd heard in two weeks. He also stayed there awhile to see if she was alive, but nope. He didn't hear anything else from her. I couldn't afford to let that bitch live since Alpha King Xenith is her mate she might come back to satisfy her vengeance and kill us all. None of us deserve that.

'Good morning my lord!', I chirped happily into the mind link.

'What do you want, bastard?', Alpha King Xenith replied in pure hatred and annoyance.

Wincing at his tone, I shook away the negativity and continued on with my happy attitude because he was leaving.

'Just wanted to remind you that today is your last day visiting our pack and I hope your stay here was pleasant!', I said getting happier and happier by the moment.

'Who the fuck said that this was my last day here and my stay here was definitely not pleasant nor welcomed. I'm aware that my mate is in this pack and I'm determined to stay here until I can find her. I've reported your pack to my father and the Upper Council for poor sanitation, food service, disrespect, lack of pack training and much more. This place is such a disgrace. I'll just be moving to the next pack since I've overstayed my welcome but let me warn you. If I find out that you have any business with the missing of my mate whatsoever, I will do shit to you that will make you beg for your death. You're lucky that I am too concentrated on finding my mate to punish you for making her a slave. Once I find her, I and her will make a decision for you, your family and your pack's fate. That will be all for now and I'll leave whenever I want. I'm taking my mate's stuff with me and don't ever wake me up at 4 o' clock in the morning again.', he said angrily.

I shivered in fear and gulped at the truthfulness and honesty in his voice. He was always known for keeping his word. As I looked around the room I noticed that it was about 4:03 in the morning. I guess I was just really eager for him to leave that I had never gone to sleep.

4 hours later

'Dad! Wake up Alpha King Xenith is getting ready to leave soon and I know you would want to be awake for that so hurry up and get ready ! We don't have very much time! He keeps getting ideas that his so called bitch of a mate is still alive and is determined to find her. Dad, I'm scared!', my son Chris yelled frantically into the mind link.

'Don't worry son I got this under control. I'll just think of a plan to stalk him or some sort and I promise nothing will happen to us or our pack does you understand son?', I breathed out hoping he would put his trust in me.

'Yes dad I got you I'll at least try to do something helpful because I'm your rightful heir to this pack and it's important to you', Chris said before cutting off the connection.

After I lifted myself off the bed, I walked to the bathroom to get ready for the day but when I looked at the clock I noticed that it was almost 8:15 and I had to start going.
