after the carnival

Kara woke up to the sound of her alarm signaling that it was time for her to wake up

"Ugh"kara groaned and smashed the alarm clock with her super strength then she got up and stretched after kara stretched she went to her bathroom and took a shower ,after the shower she dried off and put on her clothes for today then did her makeup . After kara was done with that she went out the bathroom and went to the kitchen where kara saw Maggie and Alex sitting at the counter drinking coffee together

"Hey kara" Alex greeted kara with a smile

"Morning little danvers" Maggie said still drinking her coffee

Kara smiled "good morning you guys" she went to the her fridge and got some milk out and got her cerial out of her cupbort also getting a bowl and a spoon

"Soooo" Alex asked with a wide smile

"So what?" Kara questioned after making her breakfast for today ,puting the milk and cerial back

"Don't play dumb with us little Danvers, what happened on the date with Lena luther" Maggie also smiles

Kara frowned her eye brows a little bit a sign that she's thinking
"What are they talking a-,ooohhh the carnival date from last night" Kara blushed a little

"Oooo someone's blushing ,what happened last night girl come on spill the tea hunny " Maggie asked excitedly

"Calm down babe I'm sure nothing serious happened last night right kara?" Alex asked her younger sister raising an eyebrow at her

"Um well you see what happened was" Kara started to explain the whole thing that happened last night and I mean the whole thing to the beginning to the end ,she explained the calling Alex to help her pick a dress for the date to where Lena dropped her off at her apartment and walked her to her door to Lena giving Kara a goodnight kiss on the cheek then going to bed

"And yeah that's all that happened " Kara at this point was smiling so wide that it looked like it hurts

"Awe our little Danvers is in love ,just look at her face will ya Danvers " Maggie was beaming with happiness

"Oh I see her alright that's the sigh of love right there but Kara you gotta be careful about this, you know that a Luther and a super don't really mix and what if Clark hear about this ,what then?" Alex questioned now getting worried

"It'll be fine Alex don't worry about kal I can handle him ,if he doesn't support me then I'll just throw him into space " Kara smiled

Maggie and Alex giggled

"Hold up , does Lena know your a super yet little Danvers?" Maggie questioned

"Oh um no not yet I'll tell her when the time is right " kara finished her bowl of cereal now getting her second filling

"And when is that Time gonna come?" Alex questioned now

"I don't know honestly but I know it's not gonna be any Time soon that's for sure" Kara finished her second now going on her third bowl

"Alright Kara we just want you to be safe that's all" Alex said finishing up her coffee and so does Maggie

"I can take care of myself Alex but thank you for looking out for me " Kara finished her third bowl of cereal ,then got up and went to go wash her bowl and utensil out

"No problem sis" Alex looked at the clock that was on the wall near by it was 7:30am

"Well I got to get to the deo cya kara" Alex got up and got her things and gave Kara a kiss on the cheek and then kissed Maggie goodbye and left

"I'll be heading out to cya little Danvers " Maggie hugged Kara goodbye and Kara whispered goodbye to her as Well then left out the door

Kara sighs then started to watch some Disney shows in her living room ,not even a couple of minutes in Kara heard a scream from somewhere in national city with her super hearing ,so she sprung into action and super sped into her supersuit and flew out her apartment window as fast as she could and floated in the air to find the source of the scream ,she started to focus and strain her hearing to find any unnatural things happening, then she heard the scream again but thus time it was familiar

"STAY BACK" Kara opened her eyes immediately

"Lena" Kara whispered and flew as fast as she could to L corp ,she got there and landed on her balcony and rushed in threw the doors that connected to her office ,when she got in her eyes widen ,there stood one of lillians minions ,he had Lena in a choke hold and Lena was turning paler by the second

"Let go of her!" Kara was so in rage all she could see was redness ,after she yelled that the man looked up and saw her and let Lena go,Lena fell on her knees and holding her neck gasping for air ,meanwhile Kara super sped to the man that was choking Lena and held him up by his throat lifting him up a little taking his feet off the ground ,she used enough of her strength to block some off the air that could go into his lungs

"If you ever lay a finger on her again I will personally kill you, do I make myself clear ? " Kara asked through gritted teeth ,the man shook his head violently and then Kara let him go ,he to fell on his knees gasping for air

"Now leave " Kara was hovering over to Lena who was watching the whole thing ,Kara 's have soften when she got to Lena the man long gone now

"Miss Luther are you alright ?" Kara asked Lena worriedly

"Yes yes supergirl I'm alright now but can you get me a glass of water my throat is kinda dry" Lena asked Kara nodded her head and super sped to get Lena a glass of water ,she got the water and super sped back to Lena and gave her that water

"Thank you" Lena took the water and took a sip out of it

"Your welcome miss luther" Kara smiled

Lena put her water down on the floor where she was sitting at the moment

"If I may ask how did you know I was in danger ? I mean you must have been doing something way more important than coming here and saving me " Lena asked a little curiously

"Oh no think Kara think what should I tell her" Kara thought

"Oh um I uh I have super hearing! Yes I heard you scream and I thought something was wrong and I was right " Yes! That's a believable lie,right? Kara thought to her self

"Ah ok then ,well thank you again supergirl for saving my life once again "Lena smiled at Kara

"No problem miss Luther it was nothing" Kara smiled back and got up and held a hand out to Lena for her to take, Lena took it and thanked her again and then Kara left through her balcony and Lena watched her go into the air

"Thanks again supergirl" Lena whispered to her self not knowing Kara actually heard her ,Kara smiled to her self and looked around the city for anymore crime to right
