"For the last time, Lou, I don't want to go." I groaned, rolling over my sheets in the most immature way possible.

"It's not about you want, you need to go. Or else I'm in deep bloody shit with your dad." He huffed, clearly tired of nagging me. it has been half an hour, right?

"Ugh!" I growled, sitting up, Louis laughing as I did so because my hair was so messy.

"Now, go change. We leave in an hour." He pointed at me before strutting out my door.

My father has instructed Louis to drag me to this party my dad is hosting for his business partners, his high school classmates, old family friends and of course, his family.

I didn't want to go, obviously, since I was in no mood to put on a fake smile and be all friendly with each other.

"What are you still doing in bed? Up you go, you bloody American girl!" Louis said as he dragged me into my bathroom. "Oh by the way, I have something that might lift your spirits up in going."

"What?"

"Niall and Liam are coming." He grinned. I smiled a little, knowing how they will make the party tolerable but my eyebrows furrowed as I realized if they are coming, then Harry is coming too.

I fought the urge to ask Louis and just shut the bathroom door before screaming that he's going to straighten my hair.

After the most needed bath that took me at least 20 minutes, I grabbed the first dress that I saw which was a silver glittery evening gown that hugged every curve of my body and made my boobs look ten times bigger.

I finished doing my makeup 10 minutes later, going in with a classic red lipstick and winged eyeliner. As I strap my black dorsays, Louis came in and abruptly stopped at the doorway.

"Bloody hell. Who're you dressing up for, love?" He chuckled, shaking his head. "No, wait don't answer that. I know who, but unfortunately love, he isn't coming. Something about a business trip."

Yeah, a trip up Kendall's ass, I thought to myself.

I shook the thought away, not giving Louis anything to be suspicious and just shrugged.

"There is no way in hell I am straightening your hair. I am going to curl it." He said, already grabbing my curling iron off of my vanity and plugging it in. "So what's the 411?"

I gasped before turning to face him, laughing as I do so.

"You did not just say that." I said, trying to catch my breath.

"What?" He feigned shock. "I'm not a regular bro. I'm a cool bro."

I howled in laughter, tears forming in my eyes at the Mean Girl references he just said.

"I can totally imagine you with a camera while dancing to Jingle Bell Rock." I giggled as he faced me the other way and began to curl my hair.

"I know you and Harry have this sort of fight." He mumbled after a while. I was shocked that he noticed it and my face showed it as he looked at me through my mirror. "You looked bothered when I told you he isn't coming. But not bothered like it saddened you, more like you tried to shrug it off like you don't care or you had a fight. I'm guessing the latter since you do care about him."

"Um..." I struggled to find the words to say as I stared down my hands, fiddling with my long black-painted nails.

"It's about Kendall is it?" My head shot up quickly to look at him and shot him a 'how-the-fuck-did-you-know' look. "Come on, I read those gossip sites."
