Hello, dear reader. I'm Carla, the writer of this brief book. In case you wanted to see how much I new about the original book/film of 'Call Me By Your Name' here is the list I made after listening to Ava(a true fan who has actually seen the movie) telling me the whole plot. I used these notes to write my version of the story, I stuck to it mostly but sometimes I did take some creative freedom.
CMBYN NOTES:
Elio 17 he is italian and likes music
Has proffesor parents that invite smart people over to write papers
Close relationship with his parents
Oliver (who is also a jewish) is this years smart person
There is a back and forth of flirting
They share bathroom
He fucks a peach
Has a girlfriend called marzia because he got jealous of Oliver having a girlfriend
After they fuck, and summer is coming to an end, they go somewhere, get drunk, takes him to the train station, cries and then the father tells him its okay and that he is almost gay too
Now its winter, parent are picking another guy. Oliver calls to say hes getting married and elio cries in a fire.

Apart from this I had never read or watched the real thing ( I did watch the peach fucking part tho, I couldn't resist). Now that I'm done with this I'll soon watch the movie, apparently it's great. It's been fun writing and will probably start working something else at some point.
