Alexandra's P.O.V
i wake up to the smell of bacon and a whole bunch of text messages from my mother probably wondering were i was since i didn't go home last night, I'm looking for Ava then i see her coming downstairs "here's a toothbrush, my mom is making a whole buffet" i laugh really hard and then i take the toothbrush from her "you also could have taken a shower but you didn't bring your clothes I'm sorry" she says "its fine thank you for the toothbrush anyways" i say i go upstairs and brush my teeth after that my phone buzzes again
mom:
ALEXANDRA YOUR IN BIG TROUBLE YOUNG LADY I JUST FOUND OUT THAT YOU SPENT THE NIGHT AT AVA'S I WAS SO WORRIED YOU HAVE ALOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO YOUNG LADY.
Alexandra:
mom i had to help Ava with something by the time i got to the house it was so late I'm sorry didn't call or text.
mom:
I'm coming over to Ava's house right now because u still have ALOT of explaining to do.
Alexandra:
okay.
i have a little bit of anxiety after the text but i push it away because the breakfast smells so good "good morning Alexandra i hope you had a great sleep, your mom is coming to pick you up in a little bit, and next time sweetie if you ever want to sleep over please tell me and your mom ahead of time so that this won't happen again because your mom is very upset and to be quite real i don't blame her either but please sit down" Penelope says and i do. A couple minutes later Ava comes downstairs i see that her hair is a bit damp she smiles at me and what almost seems like a blush, she sits down and puts pancakes on her plate Penelope says again " so we want to go to the park and have a little picnic and we would really appreciate it if you, your mom, and your sister would like to join us" i smile a lot and say " i really would like too i don't even know if i'll be able to go considering the big mess I'm in right now but ill definitely pass on the message" "okay thats great oh and me and Ava are going to pick up my son from college on Wednesday if you'd also like to come id really like you to meet him oh and by the way his name is colton i forgot to mention it" i get really happy by this for some odd reason i don't even know about i guess I'm just glad to have another friend since i made one already which was of course Ava. After i finish my food i clear my plate and then i hear a knock on the door i have immediate anxiety but i try not to show it Penelope opens the door and out pops my mom and my sister Vanessa my mom sees me and gives me the cold stare "thank you so much for the breakfast pen lope" "no problem sweetheart" she says " bye Alexandra ill text you later if i can" " bye Ava" my mom tells me to get to the car and take my sister while she has a talk with Ava's mom , when she gets back she turns on the car and says " why didn't you tell me that Vanessa was asleep in the couch huh? she's really sick because she didn't even sleep not till now anyways you are supposed to be a big sister Alexandra i surely don't see you acting like one gimme your phone" she snatches my phone and i just get really upset she takes me to a place thats definitely not home we end up at the library and my mom signs me up for a library card and she picks up a book it has a lot of pages she checks it out and when we get to the car she gives it to me and tells me to read 20 chapters i just stare out the window and dread going back home. i didn't even realize that we got home because i was sleeping i go upstairs i wanted to read but i was just so upset so i cried i cried till it was maybe around 10pm i fell asleep around then too.

my mom finally wasn't mad at me anymore and so i went to the mall with her and she bought me some makeup that i really wanted because if you didn't know i wear makeup but it all got mixed up in the move so i had to throw the ones that i had left they were all bad. so i bought makeup and then i realized that i needed an outfit so i bought one and then i went home and was really excited for the next day and some part of me was really excited to see Ava's older brother colton when he came "wanna watch some movies with me and your sister?" my mom says i say why not and that's how i spend the rest of my night.
