Takeem

Serayah's POV

Ugh why did I stay out so late? I yawned hitting the snooze button on my alarm.

Ten minutes passed and I  stretched my arms realizing I needed to get up or I'll be late. I showered, brush my teeth, did my morning routine.

I didn't have to go to hair and make right away since we were doing a table read.

I arrived on set early so I waited in my trailer going over my lines.

20 minutes passed and the writers were ready for us.
All my scenes for 5x01 were with Yazz. I sighed.

Everyone were here and we all sat down to go over our lines.

After an hour in a half we were dismissed.

"Okay filming starts in a few hours," Sanaa our director informed.

"Be on time, everyone."

I was getting ready to leave when Sanaa stopped me.

"Oh Serayah I want you and Yazz to bond with the twins Loyalty and Legacy." "They will be playing your son Prince.

"Okay" I replied putting on a fake smile.

"Oh and I want you to meet someone."

"That is Bella" Sanna replied waving a little girl to come over.

"She will be playing the new Bella which shall be easy for her to get in character since her real name is Bella."

"Hi Bella," I'm Serayah."

"Hi" the cute little girl responded.

"You're pretty." Replied Bella.

"You're prettier." I said giving Bella a huge smile.

"The twins and Yazz are waiting for you guys." "I want you all to bond as a family." Said Sanna

I gave myself a pep talk in my head. I will keep things professional even though I dreaded working with Yazz.

Later that day

Bella and I met up with Yazz and the twins on set. They were so cute.

I tried to avoid eye contact with Yazz. So I began playing with the twins and Bella. Yazz was on his phone not really paying attention.

I bonded with the kids. They began getting tired and a little cranky. Their parents took them back to the trailer.

I was left alone with Yazz.

Things were quiet and sorta awkward until Yazz finally spoke.

"So are we gonna go over our lines or what?"

"Yeah sure, just waiting on you." I replied.

Yazz and I went over our lines not saying much to each other other than the scenes we had together.

It was time for the filming process.

"Okay action!"

We were sitting on the couch awkwardly shooting the scene.

"I know this is hard, but you can do it." "I thought getting back on the stage would be great motivation for you." I said siting my lines.

"Okay I'll do it for you." Yazz said as Hakeem.

"Okay cut!" The director shouted

"You guys chemistry is off." "You two act as if you can't stand to be around eachother."

Yazz and I remain quiet.

"Okay you two take 5." "I think I have an ideal."

No one's POV

Sanaa notice the distance between Yazz and Serayah. She met up with some of the writers.

"You guys may have to rewrite Takeem's story line." Sanaa replied.

"What do you mean?" The writers responded.

"Instead of having Takeem all happy and in love." "We should have them on the outs alot."

"We did that last season." "The fans want Takeem."

"Yeah but Yazz and Serayah's chemistry is way off." Sanaa responded.

"They shouldn't let their personal issues get in the way." Said one of the writers.

"Or maybe they should." "We could write it into the show." Sanaa suggested.

"Yeah that would make great drama and TV."

"We should discuss it with them."

Serayah's POV

I decided to walk outside to clear my head.

I had my head down and bumped into someone.

"You should really watch where you're going." Yazz responded with an attitude.

"And you should really drop the attitude." I replied getting annoyed.

"Attitude?" "You're the one with an attitude." "And Ms. I'm too good to speak when I'm with my Dude." Replied Yazz.

"Too good to speak?" "That's funny because you spoke to everyone last night but me." I chuckled

"Oh and dancing with Katlynn to make me jealous right?"

"Why would you be jealous if you have a dude?" Yazz smirk.

"Who said I was jealous?" I laughed.

"Yeah but you were watching me right?" Yazz replied.

"I have eyeballs and obviously they work."

"And you couldn't keep those eyeballs off of me." Yazz smirked again

"Um no." I replied.

"Anyways I have somewhere I need to be instead of wasting time talking to you." Yazz replied walking off

Ugh I can't stand him. His attitude is such a turn off
