I woke up with a start to my phone ringing. 

R= Hello?

L= Hey Ace

There was a pause that felt like an eternity. 

L= Rory?

R= Yea...sorry just...working?

L=Where do you work now?

R= I uh have my own paper in Stars Hollow.

L= Wow thats a big accomplishment Ace. And your back in Stars Hollow?

R= Yeah, I realized how much it killed me to be far away from all of this. What can I say?

He lets out a laugh.

L= Thats Rory Gilmore for you. So I'm actually in Hartford right now. Honor is having a baby and this big old baby shower.

R= Wow thats big news.

L= Yea, maybe you can swing by the bar and drop off the briefcase, I know Colin and Fin would love to see a familiar face.

R= Uh, yeah totally.
