I kissed her cheek and scurried to the Jeep. I drove to Yale and the reunion seemed to be as awkward as expected. A nice "Hello Sharron hows Law school treating you" or a filthy set of innuendos from ex roommates. So it was amazing to see another friendly face.
R= Paris you're pregnant again?!
P= Afraid yes, Dale and I are having triplets and with Hedicliff it will be hell to raise.
R= I haven't seen you since you left Yale two years ago and it seems like you're right off.
P= I'm fine just a birthing machine
We both awkwardly laughed and sat through some speech by an alumni about how we should be honored to be grads of the great collegiate of Yale. Then it was off to the Black Maple. With at my arm a mistake.
Arriving in the door I smelt Finn and Vodka all over the joint. And no mistakes, Vodka was the tatted up blond Parisian Finn was now seeing. I looked around the bustled club and saw a set of couches where sat Finn and Vodka, Colin and some slag, and Logan and a beautiful blond heiress.

I glanced over at the mistake so graciously holding my arm. It was Jess. He was married, had been for a while but he agreed to come tonight for my personal sanity. And as his partner harnessed a whole different set of equipment and XY chromosomes, he seemed just jolly. We walked over and sat at the remaining couch. Jess carefully placed his hand on my knee.
F= My oh my now who do have here.
J= The names Jess.
F= Well Jess, I'm Finn this is Vodka, Colin and his girl, Logan and Odette.
J= Nice to see you again Logan
L= Cant say the same about you, last time I say your mug you tried to steal my girl from me and honestly I guess it worked. But with your pretty face and empty smile for her I guess you are a better fit for Lorelai here.
Jess leaned over and whispered in my ear
J= Im going to go, maybe this want a good idea and I got a husband and kids waiting for me at home.
He leaned over and kissed my cheek.

Jess put his hand up apprehensively and started to leave when Odette stood up.
O= Look Logan I am your work colleague and did not come to mess around with all this elementary stuff, I have a wife and two boys to play Tonka trains .
She then stood up and walked over to Jess.

They both turned and headed toward the bar leaving Logan and Rory on the couches.

F= Shut up mate lets play a game all of us. Dance or Drink. Take the dare or take a drink.

F= Ok, Rory snog Logan or drink.
I took the shot on the table filled with Whiskey.
After a few heated rounds I was successfully drunk. Logan as well from the amount of dares we were challenged accompanying a partner.
C= Ok Logan Dance or Drink? Why'd ya break up with Rory?
L= I didn't... she dumped my engagement just like she always does. No one is ever good enough for Lorelaier.
F= Ouch now Rory why'd ya say no?
R= Honestly I don't know but seeing the drunk in front of me I would do it again
I picked up my shoes and stumbled to the back room
L= Why'd ya do it huh

L= No I frankly don't and I have been racking my brain for months trying to figure out why! I gave you everything
I felt the hot tears steam down my face once more.
R= You think I am stupid and can't sit at the table.

L= Thats just it I don't understand from the presents and years I spent loving you.
