After the Midoriyas got the letter, and cleaned up the floor from the tears, Izuku found a note written in the envelope of the letter itself. It read: 'All hero course students have to submit costume designs before UA begins. You can send the design either by emailing our support staff, sending a letter, or delivering it directly to UA. An ID card will be supplied inside the envelope.

Singed Principal Nedzu'

Izuku did have a costume design written in his hero notebook. But he didn't know whether or not to use it. He wasn't so sure if it was good enough for the hero course.

Inko speaks. "Izuku, you should uae that design you drew in your notebook." 'What?' Izuku thought. "It looked like you worked so hard on the design and how your costume worked. I thought it would be a good idea to use it."

This helped quell Izuku's thoughts a bit, but he was still a little unsure. "Are you sure? I don't know if it's the best suited for hero work. It could be damaged." His mother counters "Sweety, heroes always damage their costumes. And you can changed uour costume latet too. Remember that old costume All Might used to wear?" 'His silver age costume.' Izuku thought with a slight smile.

"Ok. I'll send a letter to them. Thanks mom." "You're welcome, Izuku." Izuku goes to his room and rips the paper that had his costume design out of his notebook. He then leaves the house and turns it into the post office for UA.

Timeskip morning of first day of UA

Izuku had just finished brushing his teeth and washing his face that morning. He had on his UA uniform...except there was a slight problem; he couldn't get his tie right.

His mother had come in to check up on him. "Izuku, you've been in here for a while. Are you ok?" Izuku turns to face his mother, his hands on his tie still. "I can't seem to get the tie right..." Inko begins fixing his tie. "You see you have to make it go eunder like this to make it longer..."

That wasted a lot of time. Eventually Izuku had to sprint the whole way to the train station because he got out the house late. He barely made it on.

Now, Izuku walks through the hallways of UA trying to find class 1-A.
"It's gotta be here somewhere. I just passed class 1-B. Where is it." Izuku cuts a corner and finally finds the massive 1-A door. A student with white hair and a mask just walked in so Izuku assumed that was his classmate.

Izuku steels himself before walking into the classroom. Inside he sees some students talking or sitting at their desks. Surprisingly the teacher wasn't there yet, all that was there was a yellow sleeping bag behind the teacher's desk.

Izuku sees Bakugou at a desk near the windows who looks to be bored out of his mind. He's just sitting at his desk, his hand on his chin and looking out the window.

Izuku was about to greet him when he encountered the blue haired guy he met at the exam.

"Hello there! You were the one in the exam who helped save those people correct? My name is Tenya Iida."{Author note: don't know how people mistake the I in his last name for an l, name's are capitalized} Izuku is surprised by his forwardness a bit. " A-Ah, y-yes I was the one who did help out. But you were the one who helped me with it."

Iida reflect light and hide his eyes and he speaks. "Yes! After all, why shouldn't we, as students learning to become heroes, not be able to help! It is our duties as heroes in training and fellow examinees! If you'll excuse me, I must welcome the other newcomer." Iida makes his way over to the tall, masked guy.

"I remember that bush of green hair. Hey, Midoriya!" Izuku turns and sees Sero Hanta talking with a guy with blonde hair with a black lightning bolt and a guy with red hair. 'That looks like the guy from the exam.' Izuku thought.

"Glad to see you made it, Midoriya. Congrats." "Thanks, you too." The red haired boy stands up. "I heard that you and that glasses guy helped me in the exam. Thanks man, I owe you one!" He gives Izuku a big smile and thumbs up. "My name is Eijirou Kirishima, I'm so stoked for hero training!" He pumps his arms up enthusiastically.

His level of friendliness did not make Izuku feel nervous at all. "My name is Izuku Midoriya. I just can't wait to see everyone's Quirks here. Everyone seems so different from each other here."

The Blonde guy speaks up next. "My names Denki Kaminari. I'm just as excited as Kirishima here. Can't wait to get out there and fight crime. Since we're already friends, why not we make a hero office together? The four of us against villains!" Kirishima speaks up. "Yeah, that's a good idea! Count ne in!" Hanta as well. "Same here." They look at Izuku who flinches under the stares. "Um, sure, ok."

A voice speaks out. "While it is ok to decide hero teams early, you all are too loud." The class stops talking and they look at the teacher's desk that now has a grown man with drooping black hair, tired eyes, and a bit of a beard. "Didn't take long for you to get quiet, that's what I like. Hello and welcome to UA's hero course. I am your teacher Shota Aizawa, call me Mister Aizawa."

"Today, instead of going down to the ceremony, I want to see all of your abilities." He presses a button and the back wall ejects UA theme track suits of all sizes for males and females. "Put on a tracksuit and meet me outside for Quirk assessments. Don't keep me waiting.

All the students go to take tracksuits and they head outside to the UA track field where Aizawa stands. This time he has a white clothed bunched up around his neck. Izuku knew he saw something like that before.

Aizawa speaks up. "Today I'll be assessing your Quirks  and how well you all can handle them. It's important for heroes to know what they can and cannot do. " A girl with earphone jacks speak up. "What will we be doing on these tests?" "To put it simply," he gets out a machine and points to a part of the track  that has a starting line and finish line, "you'll be going through normal physical assessments. They're the same as you did in middle school. "

He tells the students to line up in pair near the starting line. "First two, line up. Mineta Minoru and Iida Tenya, step up to the starting line."

The two line up at the starting line, a purple haired short boy who had balls in his hair, or hair that formed balls, and Tenya Iida who easily towered over Mineta.

The machine started a count down, Iida got into a runner's position and Mineta clutched his hair balls in preparation, which looked weird to the class. "3...2...1..GO!" and both of the boys are off.

Iida uses what looks like exhaust pipes in his calves to propel himself forward and finish in 3.45 seconds. Mineta threw down the balls and jumped on them rhythmically, as if he's done this before. 'Did he play the floor is lava a lot?' Mineta managed to clock in at 6.3 seconds. His bouncing on the surprisingly still in place balls was faster than expected.

A couple of students speak up. "Well that doesn't look too hard." "Yeah! this will be just as easy as middle school." "This first day will be a breeze." Izuku took one look at Aizawa and Izuku knew Aizawa was not happy to hear those remarks.

"So, you think this is easy right? Well if you all think that, the person who doesn't put in enough effort will fail and be expelled." This gave the class pause.  Izuku panicked. 'E-E-Expelled! But I just made it in! What will mom say?!' Iida spoke up. "Aizawa, sir, this is a really extreme thing to do!" "If you students can't handle it, then you won't be able to become heroes and live up to our motto, 'plus ultra.'"

The students never knew what kind of teacher they got.
