Anthony Ramos x Reader

What happened to us

I narrowed my eyes from the stage at Anthony. They continued to text and giggle and laugh and...yeuck. Me and Anthony weren't exactly dating yet...so I am not allowed to lash out at him.
What I saw next killed part of me. Anthony got up off the seat and jumped onto the stage and pulled Jasmine into a hug. Anthony's head was facing me, so its hard to tell what happened next. Honestly, I didn't want to know. I smiled at Lin weakly and said "Wanna give me a tour?"
Lin grabbed my hand and helped me up. Together we walk backstage.

"That would make me cry" I laughed and looked over at Philipa who was also laughing. Almost two hours had past and I seemed to forget about Anthony.  That was untill he and Jasmine walked back into the auditorium, faces red with laughter, hands locked together.
I blinked back every word I wanted to scream.
"You okay?" Pippa asked me. Her eyes shifted to Anthony and she shook her head. "Heart Ache Ramos, c'mon y/n"

Pippa took my hand and almost dragged me outside. There was Lin and Daveed, hanging by a car.

"Party at your house Lin? Good idea, we'll go now" Pippa said, getting in the driver seat of her car.

"Wait..but-" Lin chuckled and yelled toward the door where people were coming out to see what happened.  "PARTY AT MY HOUSE."

Me and Pippa got there before Lin. She knew where his key was hidden and kindly let me and herself in. The house was nice. The first thing I did was sit on the couch an anxiously bite my lip.

"So many girls have fallen for him." Pippa called from the kitchen. "So many girls he's played with. Poor things..." She said, stopping to unwrap something.  "They just want him to pay attention to them." A series of chopping noises came from the kitchen before she continued. "Sure, once he does, they fall madly in love with him."

Pippa walked out into the living room holding a bowl of little chocolate peices. I sniffled and ate one.

"I kinda wanted to see where it was going to go, considering you are the first fan, not friend."

I looked at her confused. She continued.

"You see, Anthony hasn't been like that forever. He payed attention to everyone and everything was fine. But once he was in 21 chump street, his fame blew up. Then he got to Hamilton and it went down hill. All his friends, old friends, fought for his attention like they used to have. Once he remembered to talk to them, they felt so special they began to fall for him. And once he knew, his gentle charisma only got sweeter. So they were under this spell, thinking he liked them too. And then one day, he'd say something like 'Me and Jasmine are gonna do this...' and break their poor hearts. But, you are the first girl who he didn't know before fame."

"He broke up with Jasmine for me." I sniffed and continued to eat chocolate.

"Ah. Not the first time. They've been on the rocks lately. Based on today, they are probably back together."

I nodded. I felt my heart tear into a thousand peices.
