Forced to do many things to survive including killing Robert Queen. But was able to return with scars, alliances, and skills, and secrets. Gaining his nickname from a apologetic Oliver Queen.
He resembles and acts like earth one Barry excluding the scars, and willingness to kill. Still spots the best in people and metahumans, wanting them to use their powers to help everyone.
