I wake up to the sun beaming in my face. I groan looking at the clock, 7:30 AM. I close my eyes. I toss and turn. Nothing.
I pull myself out of bed and walk down stairs. I see my dad and mom up.
"Hey sweet heart," my dad says sipping his coffee as my mom sits across from the island table.
"Good morning," I respond sitting next to her.
"So what happen with the guy who has your phone?" My mom brings up and my dads eyes go wide.
"What is about this guy and your phone?" I smile at my dad's over protectiveness.
"Well dad long story short I bumped into the main act and he accidentally switched my phone with his and now we are gonna meet up to swap back phones," I sigh and my dad rolls his eyes at the 'accidentally'.
"Well I can come with you," my dad says, my mom shoots a look, "what?"
"Dad I will be fine, we just going to Berry Delicious." My dad doesn't look at me and just raises his eyebrows as if he understands the situation.

"Honey, If you haven't notice already. I was a boy," he smiles, as well as I for we both know he was not a well behaved kid as some mothers would brag about their children being.
"Yes dad. But also, I am not marrying him so I think I will be fine. Plus its just a little phone swap," I say, "Nothing wrong about that. Maybe we can be friends?" My dad chuckles.
"Yeah, lets hope it will be that way," he says. My mother and I just roll our eyes and let him win.

I get out of my car and walk into Berry Delicious. I got myself some toffee carmel flavor yogurt and put some fruit as well as the boba poppers. I go up to the cash register and I hear, "I'll pay for that?"
I turn to see it was one of the kids I used go to school with, William (because he graduated), but everybody calls him Billy.
"Hey Billy, its fine I got-" I say but he cuts me off.
"No no, please let me. I still owe you. For you know the time you gave me your box of tissues for extra credit," he says giving the cash register $5 for my $3.50 yogurt.
"Trust me you needed it more than I did," I say, "but, thank you." I smile at him.
"No problem," he smiles back, "what are you doing on this side of town anyways?"
"Well I'm suppose to meet someone here," I said looking around to see him coming in sun glasses. "There he is!"
Billy stopped smiling once Brad came in.
"Hi love, sorry I'm a bit late," brad explains hugging me. Billy is staring at him.
"Hey, I'm William," Billy states.
"Brad. Nice to meet you mate," Brad says shaking his hand.
"Well I better go," Billy huffs. "Nice to see you again Ang," he winks and walks away. I feel my cheeks heat up.
"Fancy?" Brad spoke.
"Sorry what?" I ask.
"Ya know. Is he the guy you like?"
"Billy? No, well I used to. He graduated last year," I explained
"Ahh," Brad smiled. "Seemed like he liked you too."
"What? Highly doubt that," I say looking away, "Plus why would he like me?"
"I know why I would," he states. I look at him, he blushes and turns quickly as if i didn't see him. I pretend to not have seen. "Here's your phone by the way," he chuckles.
"Oh thank you," I blush grabbing mine and handing his to him, "and heres yours." There was silence now building up between us.
"So tell me, what is it that you like?"
"elaborate?" I smiled.
"Oh you know...like what is your type of music? Because you know, you did tell me when I met you did say you were there because of your sister?"
"Um...I don't know. If you are looking for a genre I have no clue. But just songs themselves? I give you a whole playlist..." I say drifting off.
"Ok then make me one," he smiles. Oh that beautiful one. SNAP OUT OF IT.
"Ok, I will send you my playlist," I giggled.
Brad looked down at his watch, "Ah damn it. I have to go. Thank you for being able to show up today. I mean I don't know what I would do without my phone."
"Yeah. No problem," I say. Once we get up, a lightbulb went off in my head. "Can you do something for me?"
"Yeah sure, what is it?"
"Can we take a video together so I can prove to my sister that I did switch phones with you?" He smiles big.
