3-Sofia

We got our Pe kits from our lockers and headed to Pe.Jack and Ellie had a different lesson which was Maths. Once we were changed me and Emma joined the rest of the class outside.And Ethan was right,we're doing running. Apparently it's not a race but you have to run as fast as you can the full 100 metres.

"Alright kids I'll put you in groups of three and then pick which ever person out of your group to time you." Said Mrs. Larkins.

I got put in a group with two other girls called Jess and Chloe.I tried being friendly but they obviously didn't. I chose Emma to time me and she was running first.She got put in a group with Ethan and Grayson.My jaw dropped at how fast Grayson and Ethan were.How is that even possible? Emma did really well too, her time was 12.23 seconds.I clapped my hands and hugged her. "You did so well!" Most girls got like 16 seconds.I passed her the timer so she could now time me.

As I walked to the start I could hear Chloe 'whispering'  to Jess. "Bet she'll get like 20 seconds." I just rolled my eyes at them and got to the start.

I got in position and the only thing I could hear was my heart beat and Mrs. Larkins counting down. "Five" I could feel my blood being pumped in my body. "Four." My eyes blurred everything else except for my track. "Three." I took a deep breath in. "Two," I for some reason locked eyes with Grayson who was standing next to Emma. "One" I focused. "Go!" I sprinted out full speed and within seconds I passed the Finnish line. I walked towards Emma grabbing my water bottle when I spot a shock on her face,Grayson soon has the same face expression. "Oh My god.Sofia you beat the record for girls congrats!you got 9.56 seconds." I walked over to her and hugged her. "Really?" "Yeah how come your so fast are you a wo- I mean a bolt." Grayson laughed awkwardly. "What no I just run a lot." I giggled and took few more sips of my water.

Me and Emma just walked out of school getting into her car. "Thanks Emma for showing me around and being so nice to me today." I put my seatbelt on. "That's Okey,you're absolutely amazing and I loved being with you you're so much fun." I smiled and turned the radio on.The whole way to Starbucks we just sang along to the music until we arrived.

Once we arrived to Starbucks me and Emma ordered our drinks. "Iced latte with almond milk,please." Me and Em said at the same time.We just laughed and I asked for two of those.Emma was about to pay for the two of us but I beat her to it.Meanwhile we found a table to sit at and started talking.

"Sofia and Emma."The barista called out. "I'll get it." Emma said getting up. Spending time with Emma was great, I even forgot to be on my phone and check my social media.I looked at my notification and saw that 20+ people added me on snapchat and Instagram. I only added back people I knew or talked to like Grayson,Ethan,Ellie, Jack and obviously Emma.Oh and this very cute guy that I had a short talk with at break.His name is Sam,he was very sweet and hot too lol.But not quite my type I guess.

Emma came and sat next to me handling me my drink. "We were wondering if you want to come with us to a lake party at the weekend,it's supposed to be the last hot weekend." I took a sip of my drink and nodded my head. "Sure and by 'We' you mean!" "Oh Grayson,Ethan and I." "Id love to."

Me and Emma exchanged phone numbers before she gave me a lift back home. "Thanks Emma see you tomorrow." I waved and walked to my front door. "Byeeeee!" She screamed and I just laughed at her.

"Where have you been?School ended 40 minutes ago?" Dad popped his head out from the kitchen to look at me. "Don't worry dad I was with my friend at Starbucks!She's great!"

After I greeted my parents I went up to my room and plopped down on my bed tired as hell.I was just laying there when I got another notification from my phone.

Me: who is this?

Unknown: oh it's Grayson how are ya!

Me: oh hi Grayson ;)
Me: tired but good,wbu?

Grayson☺️: I'm great...So are you coming to that lake party on Saturday?

Me: yh of course :)

Grayson☺️: yay! I was wondering if you could give me and E a lift.

Me: sure!Im picking up Em too.

Grayson☺️: thank you sm! I gtg bye ;)

Well it looks like Grayson is busy. I better get ready for bed cause I don't want to look like a zombie to school tomorrow.
