7-Sofia

I woke up still on the floor leaned against the sofa.But something felt different,I felt a quite heavy weight on my lap.I looked down and saw the black wolf sleeping in my lap.

Holy fuck!what do I do?I have a huge ass wolfs head on my lap that has teeth long and sharp as fuck??!! What am u supposed to do?Like uh hello good morning is it okey to move your head?Phaha that'll be funny lol.

I sat there awake for 10 minutes when the wolf started shifting.Soon he lifted his head up,sat up and looked at me. I stared into his eyes and he stared into mine.My mouth was partly open and my heart was beating fast.

Those eyes,beautiful eyes,strange yet so similar.Honey hazel eyes that could tell a story.You could look into them deeply and instantly calm you down,giving you hope.It was breathtaking and unexplainable.He lifted his enormous paw and placed in directly on my left hand.I looked at his paw and back at him.I don't know what took over but, I held my right hand out and placed it on the side of his face.His furry black head leaned against it and he closed his eyes. His mouth opened and I think he was smiling.Then,he smelled my injured arm that had a bloody bandage around it and whined a few times.

"Thank you buddy."He looked up at me. "You saves my life." I started scratching the back of his ears with both of my hands and he seemed pleased. "Friends I guess."I giggled at him.Never in the world would I have thought that a wolf would be this friendly. "Hmm..what should I call you?" I scrunched my eyebrows together and thought for a moment.

Hmm what should I call him? Like idk.

Ace?no.

Storm?no.

I thought for a bit.He reminded me of one person at that moment.Why I don't actually know.But I think I know the perfect name.

"Grey!" I exclaimed.Yes he reminded me of Grayson.But I can't help it it's just when I looked in the wolf's eyes it reminded me of Grayson.So short cut of Grayson is Gray,but I changed it up a bit,instead of an 'a' it'll be an 'e'. Grey.

The whole Saturday I spend with Grey. He was just like a dog,a best friend.We were basically at home the whole day and played fetch or it.Currently I'm making snacks for the both of us. Sweet Popcorn for me and cooked chicken edible for wolves for Grey. It's kinda weird to watch something with a wolf and spend a whole day with him, but at the same time it was amazing and you never know when you gonna hang out with a wolf.If you know what I mean.

I walked into the living room and sat on the sofa with the snacks.Grey was sat in the floor looking at me for permission.I tapped the seat next to me and he happily came.I gave him the cut up chicken and fed myself the sweet popcorn.I flicked through Netflix but there was nothing that interesting.

I finally chose 'friends' and Grey didn't show any protest what so ever.I was getting tired so I decided to lay down on my back and turned my head to watch the tv.Suddenly I felt Grey on top of me,he laid down on my stomach and placed his head down in the crook of my neck. "Goodnight buddy." I stroked his back muscles until I fell asleep.

Laying in my bed crying my heart out. Grey jumps on my bed and cuddles underneath my arm.I look up into his breathtaking eyes and immediately calm down.I smiled at him.But what happened next I absolutely did not expect. He spoke.Like English, proper human.

My face was wet.I opened my eyes to see Grey licking my face, "good morning buddy." I laughed.What a weird dream I had.But I was mostly bothered about what Grey said, the thing is I know he said something but I do not know what.I pushed that to the back of my head and finished brushing my teeth when My phone started to ring.

Sofia:Hello?

Emma:Hey I'll come a bit later than Gray and E btw.

Shit.I completely forgot they are coming over to my house today.I got to get Grey out of the house,I don't want them to see him,they'll think I'm crazy.

Sofia:uh yeah sure that's fine and what time are they coming?

Emma:20 past 12.

I looked at the time and it read 12:00. God damm it I have like 20minutes to put my shit together.

Sofia:alright see ya then byeee biitccchhh! Love youuu

Emma:Byeee slut love you too!

I looked at Grey and whispered "I'm sorry bup but you gotta go."It seemed like he understood and walked with me to the back doors. "You can come back any time buddy."I crutched down to his height and petted him and pecked his forehead. Once he was gone in the woods I sprinted upstairs getting ready.
