Emma was taking so long in the shower I swear.I didn't hear the water but what was she doing so long.As all of us were kinda bored we went upstairs to as well as check on Em. "Emma?" I found her in my room,which I obviously didn't mind cause she was my best friend and I had nothing to hide.She didn't answer but only motioned the boys to come. This obviously made me more confused than I already was.
"Is everything alright?" I asked stepping into my room. All three of them had their jaws dropped and were starring at the ceiling.I realised that they were looking at the moon that I've painted when I moved here in September. "That's so cool." Ethan's jaw dropped. "Did you paint it?" Gray asked and I nodded my head. "Omg Sofia that is amazing!How come I've never seen this before?" Emma was jumping up and down and jumped on my bed to get a closer look. "Thanks and I mean this is your first time at my house soo.." I scratched my neck not knowing what to say or do.
"I'm kinda tired I'm going downstairs." I gave them a smile and walked down. Followed by them saying "me too."
We laid down on the couch and covered ourselves with my fluffy blankets.The order was me,Grayson, Ethan and Emma. "Goodnight," "night." I was on my back looking at the ceiling with my eyes wide open. I couldn't sleep no matter how hard I tried.I heard Emma constantly moving around and it looks like she can't fall asleep either.
"Emma?" I said softly hoping I won't wake others up. "Yeah." She whispered. "Do you ever think about who discovered milking cows?" She sat up and looked at me and so did I. She let out a little laugh. "No not really, but good question." "Like I just don't get how yanno.Did the lonely ass farmer randomly decided to jerk of a cow?" We both laughed at how stupid it sounded but I mean just deeply think about it.
We tried laughing silently but we couldn't help it.We then heard groans from E and Gray. "You guys seriously talking about this early in the morning?" Ethan tried opening his eyes. "Yeah." Both of us shrugged. "Ethan think about it!" I whisper yelled. "Just go to bed!" He chuckled and we said goodnight to each other once again.
I turned my back to them and felt my eyes getting heavy.Suddenly,I felt a warm hand slowly crawl on my waist.I blushed as I realised that it was Grayson.I could feel that he was hesitant so I scooted closer to him and took his hand in mine almost hugging it with my whole chest.

Mixed emotions,everything happening at once.Seeing Emma crying,Ethan telling her everything's fine.My parents looking rather disappointed and Jake standing there with an evil smile plastered across his face.And Grayson who has the cutest smile that brightens the whole room.
In all the sudden I'm somewhere else. Different that I've never been to in my life for what I know,but something was telling me that I was there before. The darkest forest with the highest and thickest trees.I run following the path without thinking twice.
Switch,I was back in the room with everyone.Emma and I think her parents were standing there smiling bright at me,and so was Eth and Gray. Jake was gone.Where?I don't know. But,my parents were fuming.They took a hold of my hands and dragged me into a small room and locked the doors leaving me all alone.Whats going in?Is this supposed to mean something? ... Click Click
I shot my eyes open to a weird flash sound.I opened my eyes and saw Emma and Ethan standing there watching.I realised that I was in Grayson's embrace who was still sleeping. I groaned and slowly got out of bed as I realised I have to go to school.Ugh. "Morning sleepy head." Emma said placing breakfast in front of me.I only stared at her too tired to talk. Soon Grayson walked into the kitchen and joined us at the table.
His muscles,morning voice and messy hair made me realise that I actually might be falling for this boy. I mean who wouldn't just look at him.
Me and Grayson didn't talk much and I didn't want things to get awkward. I honestly didn't know what to say after we cuddled like the whole night. We only exchanged friendly smiles and that was about it.

School was alright today.I had so much fun with my best friends.Chloe wasn't in today which was great and I realised that spending time with Emma,Eth and Gray made me forget about my depression and anxiety.Which I'm very glad.Now I'm just sat in the living room after cleaning up the house a bit because my mum and dad are coming back today.Speaking of my parents reminded me of that dream.I didn't understand it,What did it mean?I mean it's just a dream so probably nothing but I'm still confused about it.
"We're homee!" I heard the front door open followed by my mum and dad. "Hey."I said nearly whispering. "Everything alright sweety."Mum said placing her bags down. "Yeah I'll be in my room." I walked upstairs and realised how sad I was.They always work and sometimes put work and money before me.For example I never was with them at Christmas,they always worked said it's the best pay over holidays.I didn't even realise that I was full on crying.
For the rest of Monday I just stayed in my room and cried,also thought deeply about everything which left unanswered questions.
Why do they go away for a week? What even is their job? And why are they always suspicious? Why am I forced to take those pills to calm me down? Why am I not allowed to get angry? What would happen if I did get angry? ...
