It's already been two months of school and I already can't take it anymore. I feel like I have no life. It's the same thing everyday. Get up, go to school. go home, do loads of homework, repeat five days a week. I just want it to be over.

I pulled into the parking lot of the school and parked in my usual spot. This time I saw something I haven't seen in awhile. While I was going to park, I saw Hunter and Rachel talking. It was a bit strange because the last time they aknowledge each other was the second day of school. Hunter and I have became close friends and not once has he mentioned Rachel. It kinda annoyed me that he was talking to her because he was a good guy and I didn't want him to end up with a girl like her. I can't tell him who can and can't talk to so if that means he wants to be involved in her life, that's his choice. I got out of my car and made my way to the enterance.

I didn't bother breaking up his conversation with Rachel, but it seemed I didn't have to because he was right behind me calling my name. "Aye Brooke wait up." he said jogging along side of me. He jokingly pushed me around a little bit just to annoy me. He knows I don't like the mornings so doing this pisses me off which he enjoys. "Stop!" I said finally annoyed. He just looked at me and smiled, knowing that he acomplished his goal. "Oh you know I'm messing with you." he teased while giving me a half hug. I pushed him off me.

"You know I hate it when you do that." I said fustrated. He just laughed. "I know, but it's just so fun making you all grumpy." he replied saying the last word like he was talking to a baby and pinching my cheek. I finally gave in a smiled.

I've been smiling more often now then from the beginning of the school year. "You should do that more often." he blurted out. I looked at him confused. "What are you talking about you goof." I replied ruffling up his hair. he quickly fixed it. "Smile. You should smile more often because." he said trailing off. "Because why?" I asked almost instantly. His cheeks turned a faint shade of pink before he told me. "Because you have a beautiful smile." he finished off, turning his head to the ground.

If I'm not mistaken, was he just flirting with me? Aha yea right. I'm over thinking it. I haven't smiled in awhile so he said I have a nice smile so I could do it more often. Yea that was it. Just a simple compliment. Nothing more, nothing less.

We didn't talk the rest of the way into the school. We both went our separate ways. I was going to my locker and he was going somewhere else, but in the end we'll both meet in math class. I grabbed a couple things from my locker before shutting it. As I placed the lock on Crystal came out of nowhere and scared the shit out of me. "Oh my Gog Crystal you just scared the crap out of me." I said grabbing my heart like I just suffered a heart attack. "Sorry about that girl." she smiled, giggling at the fact that she just scared me. "You ready." she simply asked. I checked everything that was in my hand before nodding. "Yup." I said popping the 'p' and heading to our classes.

I swear Friday's always drag on the longest. I swear they must add extra hours to the school day on Friday's just to torture us. It was killing me. Thank God we only had one class left and luckily, it was math. Math was always fun. I had my two friends next to me and math was an easy subject so most of the times, i didn't have to listen. I walked into class and already saw Crystal there. I slowly made my way to the seat. As I sat down she mumbled something under her arms. "What'd you say?" I asked confused. She lifted her head up and asked her question again. "Anything new?" she said monotone.

I just chuckled at her expressionless face and scanned my head for antyhing that was worth sharing. I perked up when I thought of something. "Okay so in the parking lot today." I began my story, "Hunter and I were walking and he was doing his usual annoying ways."
