Forgive and Forget [ SWEENETT FANFIC ]

Chapter 6

It had been two days since Nellie and Sweeney admitted there love for each other, although both of them still haven't done anything about it. They were talking way more than before though.
Anthony and Johanna were officially living with them now, Sweeney was happy to finally have his girl with him. Toby now liked Mr Todd and didn't have a problem with him, now he understands everything.
Anthony, Toby and Johanna were all out for the day which left Sweeney and Nellie alone with each other, just not in the same rooms.
Both they're shops were open so they both were working, Mrs Lovett had more customers though.
Sweeney killed a few of his customers but spared the rest of them.
Lunch time was quite a rush for Nellie lots of pies being made, being sold. Eventually it got quieter, then no one was there at all. So Nellie decided to close up for the day.

Sweeney wasn't that busy so he was just about to close up until he heard the bell to his shop ring.
"We're closed" Sweeney said roughly not looking up.
"Oh so sorry Sweeney, I only came to ask if you wanted to come downstairs for some gin, but I guess you don't want me here"
Nellie replied sarcastically but smiling.

Sweeney looked straight up.
"Oh sorry love, didn't know it was you, course I will"

"Come on then dear"  Nellie said ushering him out the door

Both Nellie and Sweeney were both siting in the living room, drinking some gin, not really saying a word to each other.

Until Mrs Lovett finally broke the silence....

"I'm just gonna come out and say it because I'll be waitin here my whole life for you to bloody talk. The other night what you said, did you actually mean it?"

Sweeney who seemed to be looking into oblivion as usual, looked at her.

"Yes love, of course wouldn't of said it otherwise, it's just I've known you forever Nell and it felt weird admitting it"

Nellie just looked at him, not really knowing what else to say. Then without any warning, Sweeney moved over to her, slowly cupping her head in his hands.
They looked at each other, before both of them slowly leaned in for a kiss.
She put right hand around his neck and the other on his cheek, he put both hands around her waist.
Both of them locking lips over and again.
Just as Nellie was about to undo his shirt, the kids arrived back.
Quickly stopping what they were doing,Mrs Lovett quickly made her way to the pie shop but Sweeney grabbed her wrist.
" I was enjoying that Nell" he said like a moody child
"Me to love, but the kids are home, you've gone 15 years without any emmm let's call romance, I'm sure a few more hours won't hurt, just until the kids are asleep"

"Alright, I can knock em out with some gin if you want?"
Sweeney said jokingly.
Nellie gave me a smile, "come on love, and be nice"
And with that she went back through to the pieshop to greet the children, with Sweeney following her.
"Hello my dears, was your day out" Mrs Lovett asked sweetly as possible, trying not act annoyed that her moment with Mr Todd was interrupted
"It was lovely thanks mum" Toby said sweetly

The three of them had already gotten so close, they barely spent anytime apart.

"Right then I guess you all must be hungry, I should I get started on dinner then"
Mrs Lovett said already making her way to the kitchen area.
"We'll help with you miss" Johnna replied
"Thank you dear"

Mr Todd couldn't cook to save his life so he just kinda observed.

"Mmm smells good Nell"
Sweeney said trying to taste the food.
Nellie hit his arm with a teatowel
