The sobs of the young broken heart had begun to quite down into some soft whimpers expressing the pain that the owner of the heart had felt. And as the Uchiha hire tried his best to comfort the younger kid, his efforts finally showed their fruits, as the blond kid has completely stopped crying.

"You know..." the Uchiha said gently "I don't think we have met the right way." Naruto seemed confused at this. "What to (do) you mean?" He asked innocently. "I mean I don't think you know my name right? I'm Itachi Uchiha, And you?" Itachi already knew the answer to that question but he asked it anyway. "Nice to meet you U-Uchiha s-san. I-I-I'm Nawuto Uzumaki" Itachi was a bit surprised by Naruto's politeness and slight trembling. But, hey, who could blame him? It is the first time for him to ever talk like that and to be honest he was good at it.

Again a loud growl was heard. Itachi pulled away from the hug as he just realised that Naruto did not eat. He took the chopsticks and began feeding Naruto.

"Say aaah."

"Aaaah."

He feeded him one by one, untill the cup was now empty.

Suddenly a burb was heard. At that point Itachi could not hold himself anymore. He was laughing like a mad man while Naruto was blushing like crazy. Itachi's laughter ceased into light chuckles when he began to talk.
"Hey, would you like to train with me and my brother?" Naruto looked a bit confused at this.  "You know, training for the academy at age six, like practicing chakra control and henge and stuff. So, will you come?"

The blonde kid was taken aback by this sudden question. Not only has Itachi been kind enough to buy him food, but also offered to train him and if your trainer is an Uchiha then surely you are going to be strong.

The small boy could not form a word from excitement, so, he only nodded enthusiastically.

And to be honest the Uchiha sure looked calm from the outside, but, on the inside he was a mess, afraid the blonde would refuse his offer then relived that he accepted it.

'You did it, Itachi.'

Was the only thought that ran through his mind.

The two males sat silently after that, just watching how light fights the darkness and vice-versa but light always wins so the sun ended up showing.

The sun was beginning to rise slowly, mixing the sky with thick orange, light yellow, rosy pink, and midnight blue. It was a really beautiful scenery. One would wish for moments to stay like that forever, peaceful, quite and calming. Just staring intensely into the mesmerising nature, Amazed at how elegant it can be.

To be honest, life was not alwayes bad for Naruto. There was times like this where it would show him a surprise it had been keeping for long. But, as they say 'you can't have a rainbow without a little rain.' So it always came up after looking down.

Even though people may not know but, watching sunrise and sunset at Ichiraku's is a really good option. It is quite beautiful there.

The moment was so calming and heartwarming. The two boys turned slowly to face each other, both lifting their hands to touch the other.

And as the young hand touched the older. They both made a wordless promise to each other.

A silent promise to always protect each other, to always have hope and to never give up. A promise between a silent guardian and a watchful protector.

'A promise between two brothers.'

A/N: so, believe i or not this is just a prologue. Yah a 4 chapters prologue. But, I promise the next chapter is gonna be the actual story. K? Please bare with me. I'm trying my best.
