Felicity continued, "You are required to assume all financial, health, wellbeing responsibilities for this child and additional children placed in your home."

"Additional?" Karen echoed woodenly, she looked like she was about to faint.

Tamara stepped forward, extending her microphone. "Mrs. Parrish, this child is here because you saved him."

"What?" Karen's balance was unsteady. "How?"

"Clinic pressure, places where pregnant mothers went for help; your organization shut them down."

"Help?" Karen's eyes suddenly blazed, "That's not help. It's murder!"

"Post that."

Felicity nodded, "Statistics show significant decreases in pregnant women, living in poor socioeconomic situations, seeking higher education. Only two percent of young mothers' complete college degrees. The Global Society thinks that a mother's freedom to seek higher living standards is equal to the child's right to life."

"LEAVE!" Karen screamed.

Felicity held up her hands. "Tamara and her crew will remain on site until the infant is integrated with your family. Authorities will arrive within seconds if the baby is in danger."

From behind Felicity, a crew member passed her a thick envelope. Tossing it inside the threshold, Felicity said, "Your information packet. Call if you have questions."

Karen slammed the door. Placing her back to it, she let her knees give out. "This can't be happening!"

Stevie, hearing his dad's voice coming from the cell phone, picked it up, "Mommy doesn't feel well."

"Tell her to hang on! I'm on my way."
