"Why did you lie to me?"Yuna froze as she saw Min-Jun's disappointed face holding a phone up with a news article that read:
Min Hana convicted of murder
Yuna felt sick. "Jun I- that's -"
The older boy cut her off by pulling her into a hug. "She's your sister isn't she?"Yuna nodded wordlessly. She did feel bad for lying to him. She knew they weren't close but she still felt bad. Slowly she hugged him back, wrapping her arms around him her hands gripping his lean, slim frame. "She didn't do it"
Min-Jun pulled away and gave her a sympathetic look. "Yuna, look-""I was there! I saw it!" Yuna exclaimed and then her time softened. "She didn't do it"
Jun studied her for a while then nodded. "Then who did?""Park Alia"
Mi-Cha and her sister trudged through the city of Busan after being kicked out of yet another lodging building and her stomach growled loudly at her. Her older sister heard this and turned around and gave her a sad smile. "Sorry Mimi, just hold on for now"
Mi-Cha nodded and looked around. The area looked familiar. "Hey Keet?"
The older girl, Kyta turned around. ''Yeah?''
"Isn't this where that restaurant is? The Snap Dragon?"
Kyta nodded. "I think so? Why?"Mi-Cha looked down. "Well, it looked really nice and-"
"You liked that girl, the redheaded one, didn't you?" Her older sister smirked. Mi-Cha rolled her eyes. "No! It just looks like it'd do nice food"Kyta nodded. "Sure, sure. I suppose we could try"
Mi-Cha cheered quietly and followed her sister in the direction of the restaurant. When they reached it, it was quiet inside apart from a few people including a familiar redhead deep in conversation with a boy with soft features and a lolly stuck out of each of their mouths. They girl sprang up when she saw then and a confused look crossed her face. "I recognise you" she said. Mi-Cha though her voice was rich and creamy, almost like the chocolate cake mixture Kyta used to make for them when the two were little. When everything was okay. She smiled at the memory. The girl noticed and smiled back. "You were!"Kyta nodded. "Yeah. The food was lovely, by the way." She looked down at her little sister, "so we decided to come back for more"
The redhead smiled. "Well come right on in. I'm Yuna."Yuna. It was a pretty name, Mi-Cha thought. A name she wouldn't forget. Yuna got them seated and took their orders. Once she had disappeared Kyta leaned in. "Take a picture it'll last longer."
Mi-Cha's eyes widened. "Ssssh! She might hear you!"
The girl returned out of the kitchen, flashed them a quick smile before sitting down with the boy and continuing their conversation. Mi-Cha slumped down in her seat. "That's probably her boyfriend"Kyta shrugged. "Not necessarily..."
"That girl over there is so into you" Jun grinned, sipping on his iced smoothie. "Cool" Yuna said, with a nonchalant tone.
Jun raised his eyebrow at her.
Yuna pursed her lips and turned back to the newspaper article they had printed out. They had spent the whole day trying to figure it out and find evidence, but still, none was apparent."This is useless!" She exclaimed. Jun took her hands. "It's gonna be fine.''
Yuna smiled gently at him. "I hope so"
Jun grinned at her. "I think we need to take a break and do something fun"
Yuna smiled. "You sure?"
