This is my favourite chapter that I've wrote so far, so hope you enjoy❤️
Also, be warned there is some 'tense' moments in this chapter. Nothing insane but read at your own risk.

Clementine

There is only a few hours before Louis comes to pick up Clementine, for their date. She was currently stood in front of wardrobe, contemplating on her outfit choice. The amount of clothes was overwhelming but a final choice had to made.
And soon.

Does she dress formal or casual? Out of her comfort zone or something she's comfortable in? Bright or dark colours? Whatever she wears, Clem knows one thing - she's wearing her baseball cap that was given to her by her biological dad.

Settling for something simple but cute, she picked out a pair of dark skinny jeans, simple boots with a chunky heel and a flowy top with sleeves ending just below her elbows. Looking at herself in the full length mirror, the girl gabbed her signature hat and placed it on her natural curly hair. She gave herself a toothy smile, and headed downstairs.

Louis was stood in the hallway of her house, with crossed arms and leaning against the door frame. His dreads were perfectly placed on his head, with not one out of place. He was dressed in a wrinkled white button up shirt, which had long sleeves and cuffs on the wrists. He had paired that with a pair of acid wash jeans, which were heavily distressed with sewed up rips. The rips were across the length of his legs - thighs, knees and towards the rolled up ankles. And on his feet were his signature light brown laced boots.
Yummy.

As soon as the boy spotted Clem coming down the stairs, and approaching him, he stood properly on his feet and cleared his throat. Once stood in front of him, only inches away, she broke the silence by smiling and saying, "Didn't have time to iron your shirt, I'm guessing?" And glanced at his torso, to make sure he knew what she meant.

Glancing down, he chuckled softly. "More like I was too nervous and forgot to. I can go home and change-"

Before he could finish his pointless ramble, Clem grabbed his arm and spun the teen around, so he faced her and looked in her eye. "I was joking Louis. You look great, wrinkled shirt or not, OK?". She could see the pink tint slowly travel up his neck, onto his cheeks and top of his ears. Cute.

All he could muster up was a simple "Ok" and slight smile in response. At least she wasn't too offended at the state of his shirt.

Louis

Both teens were now sat in his car, inches away from each other. The radio was on low volume, but they could hear the song clearly. It was The Night We Met - Lord Huron.
There was an unidentifiable tension in the air, but none of them could quite identify what the cause of it was. It wasn't awkward when they confessed their feelings for each other.

Louis gripped the steering wheel with both hands, and spun in his seat slightly to face the girl next to him. She's so stunning and doesn't have to try he thought. "I have some plans for us tonight, hopeful you don't mind my presence for that long." And flashes his smile that screamed 'please be easily impressed'.

Clem smiled, showing her simple happy face. "Sure, I'm sure I can handle you for a few hours." She teased and giggled.
And with that, Louis shifted the car into reverse and headed for their first destination.

They arrived at a simple looking restaurant which Clem had seen a few times, whilst exploring the city once she first arrived. Louis cleared his throat yet again and caught her attention, "First stop is dinner. I hope you like cheap, greasy food.". She perked up at the simple word of 'food'.
