Arriving back early is good and all but I should probably rest for tonight, this flying sword is eating up my energy! Ah, the temple from before! Alright, let's take a break there! Ok, this place is a bit freaky without anyone here, now I'm starting to miss Dongfeng "And now I'm starting to sound cheesy" I said it out loud "Ok, time to sleep, no drama during sleep time Ariel" and somebody's gotta give a girl pep talk when she needs it even if it was her own person or I'm gonna go crazy in this real world that doesn't even look like mine. And, I'm getting a visit from a girly-man soon so better charge up myself now.

"Ariel" "Ariel" What's going on? Who's calling me?

"Child, it is I" I followed with my consciousness to the sound of the gentle voice to find myself in front of Father Time.

"Father, long time no see" I greeted him politely as I could.

"How have you been my child?"

"It's fine, I'm handling things fine father" Father Time was silent so I looked up at his face and he was giving me a deadpanned look, seriously?

"What do you suggest I say father? You threw me into a tv-series-like-history and told me to change history, me, a freshman student of Julliard, a girl who hasn't even really met the real world yet!" I finally exploded.

"What's wrong?" Father Time calmly asked me.

"Things are changing too much, I feel like I stole somebody's role although the said person will never know about it, I-I feel like I just stole someone else's life. This was supposed to be Hua Qian Gu's life, the position of the Sect Leader of the Mountain Zu, the attention of both Dongfeng and Bai Zi Hua, she's the real strongest person out there, not me; I'm just doing a mission you asked of me-or rather forced me. I have my own life, my own talents, my own abilities and this isn't it father, I could gamble everything away and ask you to get me back to my real world but everyone else can't, this is their real world that they only have one chance to live on with not knowing what's going to happen next"

"Do you?"

"What do you mean?"

"You said everyone else doesn't know what's going to happen next depending on the choices they made, but do you?"

"Um, that's not exactly what I said but you're right and to answer your question, don't I? I know everyone's ending, I know all their decisions and how I might be affected by those decisions, that's why I've been using all that knowledge to improve things around here just like you asked"

"But do you know you're ending?" I never thought about my own ending, what will happen to me once I get everything in place?

"No...I don't" I finally answered after wondering myself.

"Then what's there to be guilty of?" Oh crap, why do I feel like I just fell into the same trap again?

"You knew?" Father Time didn't answer; he just...smiled; now that's just plain annoying.

"So what did you call me for?"

"Oh!" like he just remembered his real reason, classic.

"I came to check on you" What?

"That's it?"

"And to tell you that you're doing well so keep at it" Excuse me?

"So you called me and gave me a restless sleep to tell me that I was doing fine? I could've told myself that" I deadpanned at him, he deserves it.

"Well, I also noticed that you weren't doing a good job at pep talking to yourself"

"Just let me get back to my sleep"
