This trait is all about sticking to what you believe in - your morals. No matter what, you don't betray what you believe. People with this trait make good politicians and speakers since they will always defend what they believe in.
However, this makes them stubborn and can mean they are unwilling to accept other views and belief; sometimes they can't tolerate any other view or belief. This can cause many problems for everyone. For example, homophobes will not accept the belief that people of the same gender can love each other. This will affect every area of life like religion.
Another issue with this trait is how people can unite these people and use their beliefs against them. For example, certain groups like the KKK used people's belief in Christianity and fear of black people to get their support. As I'm sure you know, this is a vulnerability but also a strength since people with similar beliefs can get together and even help others.
Overall, this trait is all about staying true to yourself but be careful; don't let people manipulate and twist you beliefs.
