These two traits are very important to a good SOUL and complement each other well. The INTEGRITY trait is known for making someone stick to their morals and the PATIENCE trait is known for making someone be cautious and take their time. Together, these traits are known for making someone take their time while always doing what is right. This makes them good at doing the right thing, making them good volunteers and police.
However, if there is too much of one trait, someone can end up making focusing on what they think is morally right without considering other sides to the story or be too cautious and not take action.
Even when these traits are balanced, if someone believes they are right when they are not, they may not double check their working or get someone else to check it.
Those with the correctly balance of this trait make good volunteers - they take their time to organise fundraising events and will be patient with those in need - and good police - they do what is morally right, never taking bribes.
In conclusion, this balance of traits is a great combination leading to people who neither ignore what is morally right or take too long to do anything because they are too cautious. This means they help others and won't take too long with each try, making them good volunteers and police.
