We searched for my sister for hours and we still couldn't find her. I was crying by the time we were done just wanting to find my sister. Jake was going a great job at taking care of me. He would hold my hand or put his arm around me, always hold me close.
We are now sitting in his room, him holding me as I cry.
"You don't think she's-" I start.
"I'm stopping you right there." Jake interrupts, "she's fine okay? We just have to find her" I nod and put my head back on his chest.
There was a knock at the door and Jake got up to answer it. I sit up and lean against the headboard wiping the tears from my eyes when I hear my dads voice.
"I'm here to collect my daughter"
"Collect?" Jake asked, "is she an object?"
"No but she's coming with me either way."
"Why don't we let her decide?" And new voice said. I believe it was Jake's mother.
Then the women herself walks into the room with my father behind her.
"Pleae come in" Jake sarcastically says to the two of them.
I quickly got off the bed, not wanting to get him more mad, but by the look in his face I could tell he saw me.
"How about it dear," his mother asks me. 'Dear?' I think. "Do you want to eat dinner with us?"
"No" my father answers for me. "You're probably dinner"
"I would never harm my sons mate."
My dad was blood red in the face.
"They are not mates"
"Actually dad-"
"No" he cuts me off. "You are not his mate. In fact you can't see him anymore."
