Chapter One: Familiar Voices

{Zayn's POV}

I place the final plate of food down on the outside table and Ellie makes noises from where she is in the front pack. I start to bounce as I walk around making sure everything is okay. I look down at Ellie and she squeals with delight from what I'm doing.

I keep bouncing like a kangaroo and make it to the pool. A year ago the fence got pulled down and I still haven't put another one up. I'm going to have to do that before Ellie starts crawling otherwise we're going to be in trouble.

I turn around and Perrie is leaning against the edge of the sliding door, smiling at Ellie and I. I walk over and peck her lips before we head into the house to make sure everything is okay inside. All of Ellie's stuff has been taken upstairs and the lounge is ready for Harry's twenty- fifth birthday party.

I cannot believe how much has happened in the past year. One year ago exactly Harry turned twenty- four and from then on I showed Perrie all the wedding plans then Simon decided we were going to work with Little Mix, Perrie and I got married, Harry, Liam, Jade and Leigh had but broke up with their boyfriend/ girlfriends, Jade and Harry hooked up, Jade and Harry broke up, Danielle had a baby, Louis and Eleanor got engaged, Jesy and Jordan got engaged, Perrie found out she was pregnant, our families got upset but then we're happy, Leigh's house got vandalise, Leigh threw juice on Aden, Harry was in a car crash, Niall made best friends with a three year old, Niall dated the three year old's Mum, Jesy found out she cannot have children, Perrie fell down a staircase, we went to America, we spent Christmas with our families, Luke kissed Perrie, I punched Luke and Perrie and I had a beautiful baby girl called Ellie.

I look down at our baby girl who will be four months at the end of this month. She has still got bright blue eyes, my skin colour, always making noises and smiling and she has more hair now, but it's a lighter brown colour. It's like my hair has been toned down by Perrie's.

"Hellooooo!" I hear Jade's voice from the front door. She walks in carrying a present for Harry and some wine.

Jade and Harry completely ignored each other for the rest of December and half of January and then suddenly one day, decided that they were going to be kind to each other, not get back together but just be friends and trust me, it's been working so much better than the whole ignorance agreement.

"Ahh baby!" Jade walks over and takes Ellie out of the front pack. I take the advantage to go and get dressed and so does Perrie. Once I've got dressed into black skinny jeans, black Nike low blazers and a black shirt with the sleeves rolled, I swap the wardrobe for the bathroom with Perrie.

Once my face is all cleanly shaved, my hair is looking okay, at the moment it's shaved at the sides and quiffed at the top and I smell okay, I head back into the bedroom and play with my ring whist I wait.

"Okay! How does this look?" Perrie's voice says from in front of me. I look up and holy flying dog. It's a lot different to the jeans and jumpers we've both been wearing since we had Ellie.

I look at the navy blue dress that comes to her mid thighs and the fabric stops above her breasts and turns into mesh sleeves and collar. Her blonde hair is in it's normal wavy sort of formation and she has black flats on her feet.

"Zayn?" She shakes her hand in front of my face. "You're staring at me and smirking freakishly." Perrie hints. I snap out of it and go red as she laughs. "So?" She asks.

"You look hot." I reply. She laughs and I nod my head, pulling her body into mine. "Don't look like you had a baby four months ago." I kiss her lips gently. She ends up cracking up and ruining the kiss.

Jade is at the door so I grab the front pack and head over to Jade, grabbing Ellie and heading into her room.

"Okay baba, what are you going to wear?" I ask her, laying her down gently on the change table and then search through her draws filled with clothes. I end up picking out a navy blue onesie, navy blue knitted beanie that also has matching socks and a matching cardigan.
