Sir….. Rajveer Sir….. Sir…. Please rukiye sir…… shouts naina from behind.. she was running to catch Rajveers walking pace..

Listening nainas voice Rajveer stops and turns… by that time Naina reached him panting….

Peeche se Kyu bulaya Cadet Singh? Asks rajveer in angry tone..

His tone sends shivers down nainas spine.. she lowers her eyes feeling guilty… guilty for the reason that she is the cause for her Rajveer Sirs anger now.

Ab chup chap khadi kyu ho? Kuch bolna hai ki nahi? Anger clear in his voice..

This time naina gets nervous.. she starts shivering..  water on the verge of spilling from her eyes.. she lost all words.. what to say and what not? The building distance between her and her sir is something which she is concerned for these days.. and today when she got a chance to open her heart in front of her sir, she finds him tensed and angry…  she gradually is falling weak…. How long can she tolerate this distance when finally she has started accepting her heart?? How can she bear his tone angry, voice which once soothed her!

Rajveer senses her state.. afterall who understands her better? And the mere thought of naina crying melts him….

Kya hua naina? Kyu bulaya mujhe? Koi parsehani hai? Says Rajveer softly…

Naina mere taraf dekho… batao kya baat hai? Says Rajveer again.

His changed demeanor succeeds in calming her to some extent.. looking towards his eyes she takes a deep breath and says.. Sir aap mujhse gussa ho? Plz sir gussa mat hoiye.. sir mai aapko sach me assist karna chahti hoon is mission par.

Nahi naina mai tumpar gussa nahi hoon.. gussa mujhe waqt par aata hai.. waqt joh na  tumhare haat me hai na mere.. says rajveer in a frustrated tone..

Aur rahi baat mission par assist karne ki, toh naina yeh mission  kharatnak hai. Kuch bhi ho sakta hai wahapar.. mai trained soldier hoon, lekin tumhara training complete nahi hua.. mai tumhe koi khatre mein nahi dhakel sakkta.. isliye maana kar raha tha..  Rajveer says her trying to make her understand..

Afterall how can he see the love of his life in danger? he once was helpless and had no other way but shoot Naveen.. but he had a way back few minutes..which naina herself opted out!

Sir aap ho na mere saath.. mujhe kuch nahi hoga.. aap bekar mein pareshan ho rahe ho..  says naina looking directly into his eyes… his pair of dark intense eyes…. How beautifully it hides feelings..

Was that his eyes hiding feelings? Or it was her inability to intercept his eyes, his actions? Well she is a good learner and will soon learn decoding his eyes…..his heart and his feelings towards her in turn.. and she has started her good work… and now she feels Pooja was correct……..

Nainas statement makes Rajveers heart skip a beat. He couldn’t help but look into her eyes back.. her eyes which are the easiest way to reach her heart… Naina itself means eyes… and her eyes correctly reflecting her heart…

Itna vishwaas hai mere upar? Asks Rajveer looking directly into her eyes… his voice audible to naina…

Was that his vocal cord on work? Or eyes that conveyed words better??

Aazma ke dekhiye sir.. mujhe khood se zyada aapke upar bharosa hai.. chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye, aap mera saath nahi chhodoge… says naina, voice barely audible…softly getting lost in his intense eyes..

But voice not actually needed… her eyes speaking volumes today.. her eyes reflecting her feelings.. feelings which she never felt before.. those amateur butterflies moulting in her stomach to fly high.

None but the morning rising sun, the gentle breeze, the waking chirping birds, the gentle breeze witnessing the eye lock of two souls… souls that are inseparable..souls born for each other…souls born to be with each other….

He wants to turn back…. To move away from her..but he cant help but plunge in the deep pool of her eyes.. her pure eyes attracting him all the more…. Those pair of hazel eyes….those almond shaped eyes……he fell in love with……

But what is he watching today??? nainas eyes reflecting some different emotion!! eyes that always carried fire is calm and bright just like a lake glittering on a full moon night. Eyes that carried the passion to be a brave soldier is soft and shiny like that of a teenager meeting her crush….

Yeh mai kya dekh raha hoon? Naina ki aankho me yeh aj kya saaya hai?..in aankho me aaj mujhe who aag kyu nahi dikh raha?? Woh dard, Who beichani saab gayab!  badle mein aaj yeh aankhein bilkul shant… gehre jheel ke jaisa.. shant...
Aj itne arse baad in aankhoo me khoke mere dil ko sukoon mila..
  
Lekin….. lekin…. Aisa kyu lag raha key yeh aankhein kuch bayan karne ki koshish mein hai?

Aisa kyu lag raha hai mera adhura sapna poora hone wala hai? Aisa kyu lag raha hai ke naina k dil me bhi mere kiye ek jagah hai?? Kyu aisa lag raha hai ke Naina bhi mujhse……………….

Nahi… mai joh dekh raha hoon woh galat hai… galat hai yeh… mere pyaar ne mujhe andha bana dia hai…

Naina mujhse pyaar nahi kar sakti…. Kabhi nahi…..

Reality casts its shadow and Rajveer composing his increased heart beat, breaks the eye lock….

Naina tum to manogi nahi… zid pakad ke baithi hoon bachho k jaise.. jaao abhi artillery se jaakar ek gun aur kuch bullets leyke aao. Tum bina arms ke to nahi jaa sakti na aisi mission par.. says rajveer looking everywhere but not her eyes, trying to get out of the situation he is in....

Naina still lost… afterall it’s the first time she is feeling the emotion called love.. and she wants to stay in this forever…..

Naina……….. shouts Rajveer.. kaha khoyi huyi ho?

His voice brings naina down to real earth from her dream zone….

Sir…. Kuch bol rahe the aap? Asks naina… smiling unknowingly..

Jee ha…. Mai yeh bol raha tha ke artillery mein jaakar gun and bullets leyke aao.. mai guards ko phone karke bata deta hoon… Says Rajveer… but he was surprised… why was she smiling??

Muskura kyu rahi ho naina? He couldn’t help but ask..

Kuch nahi sir… pehli baar aaj dil ki suni….. she smiles brighter…

Mai guns aur bullets leyke aati hoon sir..  without waiting for his reply naina runs wearing that bright smile.. afterall she is smiling after years…

Hope fate smiles watching her smile.. hope destiny doesn’t let her down again.

Rajveer stares at the retreating figure of naina…..

Kyu aisa lag raha hai aaj naina ko aapne baaho me tham loon? Kyu lag raha hai who adhura sapna naye tarah se bunuh?? Kyu dil kar raha hai Naina ki muskurahat zindagi bhar taadte rahoon……. Thinks Rajveer….

Has his heart overpowered his logical senses??

Nahi mujhe apne aap ko samhalna hoga… mai ab kamzoor nahi par sakta..mujhe naina ko sachhai batani hogi…  batani hogi mujhe…  the same man thinks…
