Shinichi opened his eyes slowly, first, it was blurry but his eyes get used to it.

He felt a bit dizziness at first but later on, it vanish. An unfamiliar room welcome him. He cant seem to process what's happening or wherever he is but Heiji's voice calms him down.

"How are you?"

Shinichi groaned a bit as he sit up. "Where are we?" He asked.

"My friend's house.." Heiji leaned on his seat as he crosses his arms. "So.. why did you followed me here?"

Shinichi blinks, curious on what he is talking about, it took seconds before he remember what he did last night. He indeed followed him because--

Because of what?

His forehead starts to cease as he tried to remember why he followed Heiji, he can recall him tailing his friend but, before that- oddly, he cant.

Heiji saw the confusion on his face, the stern expression he was wearing suddenly was replace by concern. "You, cant remember?"

Shinichi didnt answer, instead, he tried hard to remember, why cant he? Thats too weird for him to not to. He tries harder and the only scenario that came up into his mind was tailing Heiji in the woods- leaving the place where they stay, and arriving at Heiji's friends house cant be found on his memories.

He jolted when he felt Heiji's hand on his shoulder, he is that in his deepest thoughts of his. "Its okay, dont worry about it." He rather said gently. He cant risk Shinichi being in danger again for trying hard to remember everything.

When he said that, Shinichi wants to think more- but he stopped his own self by sighing heavily, signing his defeat. "Im sorry.." He loo away a bit. "I didnt know why i followed you."

Heiji smiled a bit. It doesnt matter anymore anyway. What has been done cannot be undone.

Shinichi was told to get ready to go back to Ran and the others. As Heiji waits outside of the room, Shinichi thinks of his current situation even if its too risky.

He's loosing his memories? Of what? He stared at the mirror, what is the cause of it, what is the reason, why is it happening to him? Does this mean his condition too dangerous now?

Why cant he remember everything?

"You're done?"

"Yeah..."

"Let's go." Heiji walks ahead of him and he follows. They go downstairs where Akako is on a couch, casually reading a book.

"We're going..."

"Take care." Akako took a sip on her tea gracefully as she took a glance at Shinichi whom is staring at her as well. He look away and continue following Heiji.

A sudden fragment of a scenario came back into his mind.Heiji, entering this house with a long haired girl. And so, Shinichi took another glance at Akako whom is now reading her book- she have a long hair. She's probably that girl.
