Days passes and Shiho got a call from Shinichi's parents that Professor Agasa will come back home and she felt a small joy hearing that the old man that took care of her is coming back from 2 weeks of being gone- and has been busy tracing black organization with Yusaku and Yukiko after recovering from his accident, she felt the sudden urge of seeing him.

"You want to welcome the Professor back?" Kaito asked while making a coffee.

Shiho nodded as she lean her arms on the counter where he's doing his drinks. "I know he will be tired from travelling but a little chat wont hurt him, right?" The soft tone coming from her made Kaito smile. She's finally doing fine. That Shinichi, his mere presence is enough for Shiho to redeem herself.

Kaito thinks for a while before answering- "Okay." He shrugs after lifting his cup of coffee and took a sip. "Call Heiji and tell him to go with us."

"Sure, no problem." Heiji smiles as he took a detour to his next subject. Phone on his hand, talking to Shiho.

He greeted some of his classmates for they became his acquaintance.

"I only have one class left, so I'll see you guys later. Bye."

After a hour, Heiji exited their room with a smile on his face. He is, as well- misses the old man. Professor Agasa and him did spend a lot time together when Shinichi were in a coma. Going back and forth in America with the old guy made them closer.

"Anybody home?" Heiji said as soon as he entered the Prof's house.

"Heiji." The old man smiled happily as he hugs him. "Good to see you too."

Heiji hugged him back and return his smile. As soon as they entered the living room, he saw Kaito eating while watching something on TV then Shiho showed up wearing a white apron, her long strawberry blonde hair is on a loose ponytail so it sways a bit as she serves some food.

"Am I too late?" Heiji tease with a grin.

Shiho shrugs cooly. "You're just in time..." She then eye Kaito. "..before he finish everything."

With that, Heiji gets the pillow on the sofa and jokingly throw it to Kaito before sitting beside him.

"Can I have some?" Heiji asked sarcastically with a smug smile on his face.

The guys fought jokingly for Shiho's food that she cooked herself.

Shiho and Professor Agasa had a talk about small things because she doesn't want to tire him more by asking questions about the BO. She can do that later anyway.

The boys settled on watching a basketball game when Shiho notice that the old man is getting tired.

"Why don't you rest first?" She suggested, softly. The old man nodded at that suggestion.
