The special Day

I came up to her crib to find that Kyle was already taking her out of her crib. I never noticed he had left.

"Hey, what are you doing up here?" i asked, i was kind of surprised to see him in here holding her alone! He had never held a baby until Zoe was born.

"I thought i would let you eat, so i came up quickly, i thought you might notice my footsteps, and go back to eating!" he said smiling down at Zoe from her gurgling sound. It was the cutest. When i looked at Zoe i saw Kyle. His sweet brown eyes, his curly brwon hair, those meduim plump lips, he was just gorgeous, like his daughter. If you were to look from Kyle to Zoe, there is no doubt in my mind that you couldn't think that she wasn't his, they look to much alike to think that she wasn't his! If you were to look from me to Zoe, you'd wonder.

I looked back at Zoe and saw her fingers wrapped around his pointer finger. It was a cute scene.

*1 hour later*

"Ok See you guys later!" I said as i grabbed my purse and Zoe's carseat of which she was fast asleep in. I walked up to Kyle's Car and opened the back seat, to find that he had already gotten a safety hook. So I fastened her into the car, and got into the passenger seat.

"You guys ready to go?" Kyle asked with a HUGE grin on his face. I nodded, kind of catiously to see what he was up to. I could not pry it out of him, so i just sat back and we talked, we talked of nothing really, just randomness. It was quite funny actually, because he had stopped at a red light, and one of his buddies had stopped beside us, no one was really stopped at the lights and no one was going across from the green light, so Kyle looked at his friend and they both started 'vrooming' i knew it couldn't be good.

"Kyle, what are you doing?" i asked as he took off and just as we went through the light, the light turned green.

"HOLY SHIT KYLE! WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? KILL ALL 3 OF US?!" i was furious with him, but then again it was kind of funny.

Kyle looked down, then looked back at me with a cute smile on his face.

As Kyle turned around the corner to go into a long drive, he took a left and that took us to a barn.

I got our of the car at the same time Kyle did, i went into the back and got Zoe from her seat and headed in with Kyle and Zoe. Kyle took Zoe from me and let me go in first. In side there was a family and.............. "PUPPIES!" i cried. I guess that's why Kyle took Zoe. You see, i have never had a dog, i've had cats, but no dogs. My whole life i've wanted a Golden Retriever, and now, i was looking at 16 golden retriever puppies.

"Hey aunt Gurdy, hey uncle Pete!" Kyle said walking and shaking hands with the man, and hugging the woman. "Aunt Gurdy uncle Pete, this is my girlfriend, Leigh. Leigh, this is my Aunt Gurdy and Uncle Pete." he said introducing us. I shooke both of their hands.

"So is this the young lady wanting a puppy?" his uncle asked. Kyle nodded.

"Alrighty, you may have the pick of the litter, which ever one you want!" Said his Aunt Gurdy. I sat down, and this one puppy with Golden brown eyes came up to me, jumped into my lap, curled up and fell asleep. I knew in my heart that she/he was the one.

"OOOOO, i'll take this one!" i said looking down at the now very fast asleep puppy.

"Ok, they have had all their shots and vaccines done!" said Pete.

I went to go and pay them, but they turned me down, they gave me her for free!!!!! I was sooooo happy. Turns out my uncle had done everything for them, like giving them the shots and all that kind of stuff.

Kyle picked up Zoe, and took her out to the car while i got the puppy and it's leash. I walked out to the car carrying the puppy.

"So what have you decided to call her?" Kyle asked looking at me. I just shrugged and said, "I didn't know i was getting a puppy till A half hour ago!" i said honestly.

"Ya thats true! Well, what do you think a good name is just by looking at her?" he asked. I looked down at the now sleeping puppy and thought.

"LIGHT BULB!" i shouted almost waking up Zoe. "Either Diamond, Chloe, Gracey, or Alice"

"I think you should name her Diamond or Chloe or Gracey, Alice is more of a kids name!" Kyle said laughing. We headed to petland to get some doggy stuff. As i walked in we ran into one of my best friends, Jade.

"OMG! Hey Leigh! Aww is this your baby?" she asked looking down at her. "How come you haven't let me come and see my niece yet?" she asked frowning at me.

"Well Jade, considering the fact that she;s only been home for 7 days, and i've been on bed rest. Yeah, why not, i think they would have let me get up to show you her!" i said with sarcasm in my voice.

She just rolled her eyes, and said goodbye. She had to get home to her little brother who she had to babysit.

When i walked in there leaving was.......
